Hi guys! Anyone changed the little gasket? I got a brand new one but wondering which side sits to the pan and which side sits to the plug. They look like they are be made of aluminum, and there is a flat side and a round side. Tanks in advanced for your answer.
@@Voltomess you should drain it a little then. It won't harm the engine if you over fill it. It's better to over fill than have less than required. But if you over fill it you might get smoke coming out the exhaust. Just open the plug and remove alittle

Hello do you remember what tire lift stand you’re using?
I don’t, I think he got it on Amazon.
@@zachattackcustomsis it a U or L shape stand?
Did you torque the plug back in?
You can torque it to the correct spec, I have done so many oil changes in my life I just know how to tighten without torquing it.
what is the oil capacity of the mt 03 engine ? 2.2 liters ?
I am not sure. I changed it on a coworkers bike. I believe he got it from his owners manual.
its 2 liters, 2.1 with the oil filter
3.7 ...3.8 with the filter
@@nirlevi2540 I did my first oil change and I think I overfilled my MT-03 by 400 ml idk what to do now if it's ok or it needs to be drained.
