may I ask a question? if i use regular non-offset tires, which came from the box, will the side plate bump to it? And does the side plate found in MA (15490) is shorter than AR's(15459)?

Can i ask if there is any build for a beginner that costs like the Blast Arrow Starter pack? It costs only 1,100 Php in our money. Aside from the starter pack, dyou have any suggestions of a build for a car that costs between 1,100php (or lower) and 1,300php? And in what class can it join? Thank you sensei.
