How to properly and appropriately feed ourselves/ nutrition education should be taught in middle school and there should be a pre prep class for it in elementary schools.
You either have diverticulitis, issue with gallbladder or liver. Detox. Avoid fatty fried food, avoid bread and dairy. Eat greens and fish only with apple cider vingar
I had a similar problem! I had a bacterial/fungal overgrowth in my small intestine (SIBO and/or candida overgrowth). You should get some tests done like blood work, maybe even a stool sample, just to see if any irregularities can be seen through that, and then if an overgrowth is what you have, try stacking things like caprylic acid, oil of oregano, magnesium, vitamin D, undecylenic acid, and some really high quality digestive enzymes that can break down biofilms (the barrier that bacteria creates to protect itself that can’t be penetrated by your own cells). Definitely talk to your doctor and do your research so you and your doctor can create a plan together!
Probiotics are also important as well! To help restore the good bacteria in your gut, make sure it’s a high quality one that can survive the stomach acid and actually make it further in the digestive tract
We have so many plant based yogurts these days. Do you think it is right to take babies away from mothers so you can consume their milk? I've seen the suffering these animals go through and it is so needless because we can get everything we need from plants. Coconut oil is actually good for cooking. It is highly resistant to oxidation. You can use avocado oil too.

Thanks for the tips and information. I've never been to a doctor since birth, so I'll have to find one lol.
You probably have an allergy or an intolerance to certain foods.
