Your tutorials have completely transformed my course thinning hair. I never would have believed it! Took a little trial and error and I have way too many products now but my hair looks great! Thanks!
I have short, thin, fine hair and I need help. I can't wait to try these products. I love your videos. I'd enjoy seeing some shorter hair styles too. ❤
Don't spend $$$ on products that don't work...utube has the answer. Rice water rinse on scalp. Lot cheaper than products on market. Lol. Massage scalp daily. Diet has alot to do with hair
Redken Guts10 is THE BEST volumising product ive ever tried, and as a stylist ive tried a lot, i use it on my own hair which is below bra strap length and people always comment on how thick my hair is (its really not, in fact im losing a lot on one side due to peri menopause). The Redken guts should only be used at the roots but i promise youll love it!
Oh, I also use Schwarzkopf Dust It, you only need a small amount, Windswept by Redken is also pretty good (I use all on me but I understand that it would be too much all at once on some people). But the Guts 10 is by far the most effective.
I used to use that one for so long on myself and clients. I had a client that would say "guts the hell out of me" 😂. I do feel you have to be careful with the amount used as it can leave a product feel in my experience. Redken does have some great products for sure.
Thank you so much for the tips for thin hair! Mine is getting thinner as I get older. I have an autoimmune disease that is causing hair loss. Any help is appreciated. ❤
Hi Sherry, I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I’ve lost a lot of my hair too from medical causes. I wish I had continued using minoxidil when I was younger and first started losing hair. I guess it’s never too late and it could benefit you. ❤
Thank you so much for another informative and entertaining video ❤. Could you please consider doing a video on how to set the hair for all day volume for fine, thin hair? What are your recommendations for finishing products such as hairspray, root powder, texturizing spray, hair oils, etc? I am able to create good volume with some of your styling and product recommendations but it tends to go limp after a few hours. Any suggestions is much appreciated! 😊
I’ve been using Oribe Thickening Spray and Ouai Texturizing Spray. I have oily scalp and hair which adds to it looking limp so I started using Ouai extra dry, dry shampoo and this has been working for me.
Hi, I just found you & have subscribed! I love trying different products that hair experts recommend! I always thought Moroccanoil products weren’t for fine hair. I ordered the trifecta and am in high hopes that they work for me! Thank you so much!
I’m finding my hair won’t hold volume with hairspray. I have to use the kenra blow dry lotion for it to stay. I’m still trying to figure out how to keep my curls
I used to part my hair down the middle (after parting it on the side for many years), but I found that the middle part doesn’t suit me as well as a side part. I observed that the current trend, if you have a side part, is to have some volume in the bang area. So thank you Summer for your recommendation of the Moroccanoil mousse, I got it and love it for getting some volume in my bangs 😉 And I just wanted to say that your more brown hair colour looks quite lovely on you 😊
My favorite volume products are the Alterna volume mist and mousse. You can definitely feel that you have product in the hair with the mist but it doesn't make my hair gross or heavy. Sometimes I get lazy and I just want to be done with the hair routine so I'll skip the volume products and just use the Redken Volume Maximizer. My hair reaches the middle of my back. I think a mid length cut would feel like a pixie cut to me. 😂 The last time I went to get a haircut I asked for a blunt cut but my stylist seemed to think that I wouldn't like it and said that she would just feather the ends less. I agreed to that but still don't really care for that look so I'm going to ask for the blunt cut again next time.
@@SummerBeautyc Yes, I didn't really get why. I've told her since I started seeing her that I wanted it cut straight across in the back but she has this idea that the blunt cut would make it look weird if I pulled the hair forward. Personally I feel like the feathering looks worse and I'm not a fan.
I love your channel … thx!! I love the Color Wow volumizing products!! 1st the Color Security Shampoo and Conditioner, Carb Infused Leave In, Raise the Root Thicken and Lift (also doubles as a dry shampoo), XL Bombshell Volumizer Foam, and Style on Steroids Texturizing Spray (for dry hair)!! I’d love to see a review from you on Color Wow … PS I love products that don’t FEEL like I have products in my hair and that’s exactly what I get w/the Color Wow … great products, perform at professional levels, and my hair has never been so bouncy and soft!!
Hi Summer your hair is beautiful 👍😍unfortunately I don’t think anything can be done with my fine, thin, bleached blond hair for years. I’m trying Olaplex right now, can’t bring myself to purchase K18? You have the most beautiful hair love your channel 👍😍🤗
@@SummerBeautyc Thank you Summer I adore your hair I would love for you to cut my hair which is probably impossible but I so much enjoy your videos Thank you so much God bless you
No products came make hair thicker...diet does. Vitamin E tablets daily. No brush wet hair. Clean hair clean brushes combs. Brushing daily. Especially before bedtime.
I know my hair looks thicker when shorter…but…enjoying it a bit longer currently. Also always thinking about cutting it shorter though. Ha! Have you tried Hair Biology Volumizing shampoo as a drugstore alternative? I am liking it quite a bit.
Editing this video I was missing my longer length lol but the bob is so fun for me right now! I have no tried those products before, will have to look into them.
Love this video. I cut my hair into a bob about 6 months ago though my hairdresser didn’t think it was a good idea for my thin hair. I love it, but I still have some layers since he said I need them but I’m not too sure. I’m going to try the Moroccan oil products you recommended. ❤
Summer! Your videos are so informative and always make me laugh! You’re adorable. Anyhow, I’d recently given up on adding volume products thinking the usual - that they weigh my hair down. But after watching this video, I gave it another shot. I used Raise the Root by Color Wow, Kenra Volume Mousse 17, was very mindful of the amount I applied and WHA-LA! The thickness returned! Keep the info coming because we need you out here. 😊
Summer, I really want a new blow dryer and you ARE The volume Queen, and I’ve learned to trust you, could you do a video on the best blow driers? I’m thinking Harry Josh, but I see you use a lot of different ones. What’s your favorite?
Summer, thanks for your work😊, I can't get the cream product here in Spain, could you suggest an alternative in the EU, please? Thanks a lot. Lovely work and great communication & acting skills❤
@Summer Beauty, I have very fine, thinning, dry frizzy hair. Based on your Trifecta, can I use "Redken Big Blowout Heat Protection Jelly Serum" instead of the "Beach CLub Bouncy Blowout Cream"? I also recently bought the OUAI Leave In Conditioner based on your recommendation in another video, should i use these products after the leave-in conditioner?
Summer, what size velcro rollers would you use for volume on your new bob length? I want to buy some, but I'm stumped as to what size to get. My bob is about the same length as yours. I'd love to buy through the link for rollers I've seen on one of your previous videos!
Hi Summer. What’s the name of the volumizing cream? Do you think that can be used on curly hair as a single styler? I don’t like using root lift things because I have scalp psoriasis so don’t put products on my scalp because they will cause irritation. My fine curly hair needs weight actually because otherwise it’s too poofy because it lacks weight even though it’s fine and not thick. It can look crazy and uneven because it lacks weight so will bunch of more in certain areas when it’s humid.
It's called IGK Beach Club. I think it would work well for your curls. I have used it when I braid my hair damp and I felt it "defined" then more. However as a girl with completely stick straight hair, I can give no personal experience as far as it reacting to natural curl lol
@@SummerBeautyc , wasn’t there another cream you mentioned after the IGK cream? I thought the IGK one was part of the trifecta, and then there was another one you mentioned in the duo. Thank you.

No such thing as too many products 😂
Love your vids! Am at mid length with light layers for fullness. My sweet spot.
Thank you, Summer, for these great tips! Much appreciated! 🫶🏻
You're so welcome!
My thin, fine hair always looks best after a cut. Trying to grow it long is nothing short of insanity!
Lol I feel you! Anytime I grow my hair past mid length I question my sanity 🤣. It leads to a rabbit hole of extensions and excessive heat lol.
