    If you are watching this as a non-vegan, I hope I will help explain why adopting a vegan lifestyle is necessary. For the wellbeing of the animals tortured and killed for their flesh and secretions. For the protection of the planet and all life that depends on it. For your health. Go to • GARY YOUROFSKY - The G... to hear the listen to the best speech you'll ever hear about animal rights. Go to www.challenge2... for meal suggestions and nutrition support.
    If you are a vegan that doesn’t speak for the animals, I hope I can inspire you to open conversations with non-vegans. As vegans we have woken up to the systemic oppression of farmed animals, after abstaining from contributing to their suffering we must help others align their morals with their actions.

    Amazing 👏 🤩 That was so fast! Maybe he and his lady will make the change to stop paying for animal use and exploitation.

    Thanks for informing people about the suffering and death they are causing and paying for because of their food choices.

    This has to be put on here!!!
    Amber is the TRUEST warrior for the animals and I only know this from personal experience. A short anecdote now follows...
    I was doing outreach on Thursday for an an animal activist charity (welfarist - please don't hate on me😮) outside a Lidl on Union Street and (not that Amber knew this) I was down to the bare minimum of outreachers (3) after a few of my colleagues were having issues with their pets at home....
    Out of the blue Super Amber (not the best Marvel name I concede) came over and asked what he could do. I was gobsmacked understandably and said, paraphrasing 'well if you can we need sign ups on our petition and flyers to be handed out.'
    Amber duly stepped up to the plate without another word and secured double figure sign ups in his 30 minutes stint as he had to get back to his studies and then like a poof of smoke he was gone...
    If that is not not the most selfless and thinking-on-your-feet bit of impromptu activism then I'd like to see a counter-example.
    Total respect and hope to work together again for the animals 🙏

      Thanks for the comment 😊 it was great to meet you and help out a little. I will be honest while getting signatures I couldn't help but do my usual abolitionist activism haha. Hope our paths cross again!

      Had to be mentioned Amber!!🙏
      You are right to Amber re. getting the abolitionist line in there and I always try to encourage this too whenever I see a receptive disposition. I'm a little tired of the Open Cages 'mini victories' in getting improvements in spacing for the chickens when the cornerstone of the Better Chicken Commitment has to hinge on the supermarket's adoption of slower breeds. I'll be moving on when I've visited the last 2 Lidl's in Bristol over the next 2 weeks...
      I'm looking to go out like you and bring the abolitionist message to the masses in the next few months..
      Would it be ok chatting to you about recording equipment and talking to you about solitary outreach and what you would/not do and what has worked best for you thus far?

    Again, when are you discussing pain and suffering for animals in plant agriculture?

    • @Amber.For.Animals
      @Amber.For.Animals  5 месяцев назад +1

      This is a prime case of 'whataboutism'. Of course there is suffering caused by plant agriculture, but this is nothing compared to the scale of suffering in animal agriculture. Eating plants causes far less harm to plants and the environment, I could cite countless studies on this. Go vegan, there is no excuse for animal abuse.

    • @rahulrahul_awsjunkie
      @rahulrahul_awsjunkie 5 месяцев назад

      @@Amber.For.Animals - send me the studies. But I am certain, I make far less animals suffer by exclusively eating red meat (large cattle) than any typical vegan. I am “more” vegan

      Here are some papers and articles. To summarise it is more sustainable and reduces animal and crop death to eat plant-based.

    • @rahulrahul_awsjunkie
      @rahulrahul_awsjunkie 4 месяца назад

      @@Amber.For.Animals Only looked at the first three and they all seem wonky. They give barely any actual numbers and what they are based on.
      According to their findings, the only way an entirely sustainable grass-fed system could exist in the United States is if our desire for beef on the dinner plate decreased. With lower consumer demand everyone stands to benefit, from the environment to the animals to the consumers themselves.
      So the first one implies that meat is bad. Based on what? Show me how plants give me all the nutrients I need. Fruits and vegetables have barely any vitamins and such in them compared to how much someone needs per day. Vitamin C is easy but the rest requires like multiple pounds of different plants each which sounds very unrealistic consumability wise. Additionaly some are not found in plants at all. Getting enough protein alone without overeating calories alone is already tricky.
      On two acres of land, over a two year period, one can produce 450 pounds of animal flesh or 100,000 pounds of plant produce, using almost no water, compared to the 20-30 gallons required for each cow, every day.
      The second: Where do these numbers come from? Where does the water from the cows go to? Oh in the ground to form a natural circulation? Huh... Where does the fertilizers for the "plant produce" come from? Chemical plants instead of a more natural fertilizer like from cow poop? Huh... Also this leaves out that a lot of land is not suited for plant farming but can be used for animal grasing.
      Currently, 36% of the calories produced by the world’s crops are being used for animal feed, and only 12% of those feed calories ultimately contribute to the human diet (as meat and other animal products).
      The third: Are these 36% of calories human digestable or some kind of theoretical value? A lot of stuff (leaves, stems, roots, ...) being fed to animals is not edible for humans and is a byproduct of human food production like wheat or corn. How do only 12% contribute to the human diet? What is with the rest? If it's talking about animals skins, bones and such: they are used in various different industries and would have to be replaced by other things.
      All of those seem to leave a lot of information out which smells like an ideological (vegan) bias. Another common trick is to compare purely weight. They compare plants that mostly contain water and barely any calories and nutrients with calorie and nutrient dense meat.

      In a vegan world we'd only need about 20% of all the farmland compared to what we're doing now.
      The animals that are being bred eat such a lot of crops.
