Thank you Willy. This is one of the most interesting interviews I have seen. To hear how his opinion of the war has been shaped by Russian propaganda is extremely interesting.
Is there an independent fact checker that you trust that can explain why Ivan thinks the way he does? Even the most wild and fantastical of conspiracy theories start from some “truth”. I’d love to understand the origin of these beliefs. Again Great podcast mate. Keep up the good fight!!!
It's not unusual that a journalist gives everyone a voice. Zolkin, a Ukrainian journalist, does this when interviewing Russian POWs too. A bit different but still. I wished you would have asked him if he speaks from first hand experience and not give us typical Russian propaganda.
It's funny how he was expecting to receive a lot of hate for this interview but after a quick read all I see is "Thank you!" and "You're a legend!". lol
@@Relayzy1 he has balls, not alot of Journalists are in the think of it like him. Patrick is a decent bloke, but that is my opinion. And Willy would be the same is he was back out there.
Well done Willy. A totally proffessional interview handled with grace, diplomacy and respect for your guest. A lot of journalists should take a leaf out of your book.
i am so happy to see the great feedback for willy, i will try to amplify everything that supports him doing what he does!!! Thank you so much for speaking out!!!! this is invaluably precious!
This is akin to interviewing a nazi German during ww2 and humanizing them, saying that there are 2 sides. That's a classic. The lack of perspective and reality, which strikes you in the face, is astounding.
Bullshit.. Willy grills fighters of the international legion and puts provocative titles in the interviews - here softball questions and a platform for a nut job to speak unchecked.
yep, by giving neo nazi from ruzzia a platform to speak. Next time ruzzia will liberate Alaska because fuck you that's why and the same ivan will justify it.
Thanks Willy & thank you Ivan! I may not agree with a lot of the things Ivan said, however, even being able to hear the other side is really important. Being able to hear his motivation, what he believes in and how he sees the conflict progressing is an amazing opportunity. This is the first interview from the Russian perspective I have heard, it's honestly a complete rarity without the constant bombardment of propaganda. Keep up the great work Willy !

I agree. But Ivans narrative did seem to have quite a lot of holes, where it all ”depended on your point of view”, like the shelling of Donbas of which there is official and unbaised UN and OSCE observations - pure Russian fake news. And that the Bucha killings where a ”psy-op” from Ukranian Nazis. I think the interviewer did a great job and let Ivan talk and present his POV - even though he could have shredded him to pieces on a few occasions he obstained. Nice gesture.
Two years into the conflict and there are some people whoare still unaware of the Russian perspective on it. Truly unbelievable.. It feels that people like Douglas McGregor, Scott Ritter, Patrick Lancaster, Jeffrey Sach, John Mearsheimer and many more live in the vacuum.
@@user-nf5ut9g1y You are misinterpreting what I said, The key word is "interview". I said it's the first interview of the Russian perspective I have seen, rather than pure propaganda issued from the state. Equally, Ivan is an intelligent guy, who backs up his sentiment with his beliefs and that I said was rare.
This is my first time hearing the other side, and while I do understand the perspective, I find it both strange and unique. The Russian soldier claimed that Ukraine didn’t deserve to be a separate state because Russian blood was shed on those lands. Initially, this struck me as extreme, almost like something a Nazi might say, but it reflects a deep sense of national pride. As a patriot myself, I love my country even though we also have our flaws. I rarely hear people in the U.S. speak positively about our country nowadays, which made this soldier’s pride particularly striking to me. The way he spoke about Ukraine's outcomes under U.S. influence, referencing words such as “The U.S. conquered Iran and Iraq,” was eye-opening, revealing that he also has stereotypes about us Americans. Setting aside these stereotypes, he appeared proud of his country, his religion, and even his liquor-an all-around decent person. He showed an understanding that we are all human, not invulnerable or heartless. I appreciated his mention of diplomacy, acknowledging that sometimes aggression is necessary but not always the first resort. This encounter challenged my perception of Russians as sometimes heartless or barbaric, revealing a side that values pride, heritage, and even peaceful resolution when possible. It made me realize that I need to delve deeper into history to understand these perspectives better. It’s eye-opening and encouraging to see that, despite major differences, we can still find some kind of understanding. Great video for real! Btw I Dont agree with his pov but I understand it. Somewhat!
I may not like it but I appreciate the perspective. I have never seen an interview from the Russian side that wasn't a POW or propaganda. My mind is just spinning on how f'ed up things get. You continue to impress me. You have more journalism in your pinky than any corporate news organization. Well done sir, well done.
interviewing a Russian soldier today is like interviewing a Nazi 80 years ago. especially after hundreds of cases of Russian shelling of peaceful Ukrainian houses, cutting off the head and castration of Ukrainian soldiers. Such interviews want to show that Russian shit is not shit, it's a diamond
oh buddy.. that's funny. civilians in russia are getting arrested and thrown in some gulag simply for answering questions to random people that are just filming and asking people for their opinion on turning entire cities into piles of rubble with mindless indiscriminate artillery and multiple launch rocket systems barrages out of frustration for being incompetent and unable to achieve any of the A memorial was opened in Bucha in memory of the killed residents of the city. According to the mayor of Bucha Anatoly Fedorchuk, the memorial contains 501 commemorative plaques with the names of the dead Bucha residents who were identified. Tin.. After all, it's scary how the massacre - the cleansing of those citizens who did not support the Kiev regime by Sbushniks, policemen, Azov people, turned against those who really protected people. After the Istanbul agreements between Russia and Ukraine, Russia withdrew its troops as a gesture of goodwill. In these territories, many people supported Russia, including in Bucha. After the Russians left this place, mass cleansings began in the city by the punishers of the Kyiv regime. They, in order to intimidate and out of revenge, shot people who supported the Russian world. And now they have arranged a memorial, in honor of the dead citizens whom they themselves killed.
Yeah, that's wat's the most tragic in the Bucha massacre. All of it was done by Ukrainian forces cleansing whoever they deemed to be Russian supporters, and then neatly shove it on the Russian soldiers just to feed this shit to the western media.
"After the Russians left this place, mass cleansings began in the city by the punishers of the Kyiv regime." And how do you explain that the bodies laying in the street were visible for weeks BEFORE the Russians left?
US ambasador to Soviet Union in 1962 asked Kennedy in the midst of the Cuban Crisis: "Have you considered their position, where they are coming from and how our nuclear missiles in Turkey pose an existential threat to their way of life?" This question prompted Kennedy to open a direct line to Khruschev, one that he could converse with Khruschev 1 on 1, phone to phone, man to man. The crisis was resolved that same year. We could learn something from that.

Great Interview, opened my eyes to how Russian citizens rationalize the war. Although there is a lot of things Ivan said that I completely disagree with on a fundamental level, there is a lot of things he said that reminds me of the things my brothers, friends, and I said to rationalize Iraq and Afghanistan. I'll also admit that I've been caught up in the Russian hate wheel and this video is very humanizing. Thank you Willy for helping evolving my perspective. Cheers
@@GuayusaPure Firstly, yes, It's a situation where we can agree to disagree. Following that, I do actually have a fair amount of knowledge about the subject and usually pull my info from peer-reviewed journals from multiple perspectives. From my point of view, knowledge, and experience I see Russia as the overall instigator and I also don't agree with many of Ivan's personal views, likely due to cultural upbringing. That being said, I can still respect and understand his perspective. @CA-jz9bm In short, I think it's bad. He was piece of shit that shouldn't be idolized. We can draw similarities to the veneration of Confederate generals in the Southern USA, men who literally bought and sold black people and fought a war over it. Even though I view Russia as the aggressor, it does not mean I'm ignoring the pitfalls of Ukraine.
I love the way this guy explains his emotions and feelings behind everything. His descriptions are very detailed and colorful. It’s very different than the way a westerner would explain something.
Have you watched any of the other hundreds of interviews that Willy has done with western fighters from the Ukraine side? Which of them lacked clarity of thought or poor explanation behind their decisions? This guy literally says we are liberating our land about a foreign country which has internationally recognised borders since 1991. How is this rational to you? If I come to your house and rape your girlfriend saying that I am liberating her from your oppressive relationship are you going to stand there and tell everyone how detailed and eloquent my reasoning is?
It is interesting to contrast this interview to the other ones. I would like to hear from an AZOV true believer. (An actual Ukrainian, not a weirdo foreign fighter)

I met a lot of people like Ivan: Russian people who, after the collapse of the USSR, found themselves outside Russia. They suffered greatly economically, the standard of living in the Asian post-Soviet republics collapsed even more than in Russia. In addition, the process of collapse was accompanied by an outbreak of nationalism, and often the Russians were victims of local "patriotic" idiots. The Russian politicians tell us everything that needs to be known "West bad...Ukraine is our territory. We'll nuke you if you resist assimilation". This guy just says the same.
Great interview Willy, thanks for letting Ivan share the perspective from the other side. I definitely learned a few things about how the Russians see things in terms of a big picture and the way Russia looks at Ukraine and Moldova in particular.
they see the world just as the members of the German Nazi Party in 1939 did - they want to attack and occupy their peaceful neighbours and kill hundreds of thousands . They believe Russia is sacred and superior in some way .... they are inhumane , murdering imperialists . . Modern Ukraine never attacked anyone .............. Russian people are stuck in a medieval , brainwashed nazified rage to attack neighbours
When you say "the way Russia looks at Ukraine and Moldova". I am from the Czech Republic a you should understand that when Ivan says "Ukraine and Moldova can't exist by themselves", it is basically what my current Czech government says about our own country. Recently our PM literally said "there is no third way for us, we have to exist only as a part of Russian or western bloc" (which of course means the West is the only option in his mind and in the mind of our current fanatically prowestern government). So it is not that Ivan is somehow different in his thinking from how plenty of people of "free world" think by themselves.
@@flankerpraha Interesting, thank you 🤔☺️ I was hoping Europe would have a good relationship with Russia and Asia, and I'm sad that things have soured. Hopefully we'll get another chance... some day. 😔

min 26.55 Willie. You say a majority of Ukrainians wanted to move to the side of the west. However, a majority of Ukrainians voted for then president Viktor Yanukovych in 2010. Viktor Yanukovych's government was overthrown, with the help of the west, primarily the U.S. state department and the CIA, as well as various US backed NGOs, in 2014. How was that not a provocation to Moscow?? What would anyone's reaction have been, in any country, had the people voted for a president only to see their president toppled by a coup d'etat staged by another power?? It isn't complicated, for anyone who is willing to soberly examine the recent history of Ukraine, to understand and see the origins of this conflict. Putin attempted to find a peaceful resolution to this the following year with the Minsk Accords. These were laughed at by the west, which wanted to make Ukraine a NATO state. Imagine if Moscow had put a Warsaw Pact military base in Montreal or Toronto, or even Mexico City. What do you think the US response would have been? We already know. It's called the "Cuban Missile Crisis". Thank you for providing an alternative perspective on your show. Despite my disagreement with you over the history behind this conflict, I applaud you for the courage it took to provide a different viewpoint. Your one of the few who have done it. Thank you.
First of all, thank you for this interview, because you won't see stuff like this on RUclips, ever. Secondly, after reading the comments and seeing people compare this to Iraq I understood that they really know nothing about that side of the world and live off the bs their media are telling them. Great work Willy, finally an interview of the opposing side. This is the first channel/media I’ve seen doing this with an open mind. It really is a shame that more people don’t do similar work to yours

I live in Latvia! Russia as a state has been here since 1702.This is comparable to the statehood of the United States.Local residents, as well as Latvians, and other nationalities could receive education. They studied at universities, books were printed, newspapers were published in their native language. Two years ago, Independent Latvia refused to provide education in Russian even to private schools. The EU, which forces us to respect the rights of any minorities, and very harshly, in this case, silently observes the violation of the rights of a large group of people! Is it because they speak Russian? Ukraine have followed the same path, and on the lands where Russians have been living for one hundred years and in the cities that the Russians have built. This situation should have exploded anyway!

Under the terms of the agreement, Livonia (with Riga), Estonia (with Revel and Narva), part of Karelia, Ingermanland (Izhora Land) and other territories were transferred to Russia. Russian Russians paid Sweden a monetary compensation of 2 million efimks (Russian silver rubles) for these acquisitions, returned Finland occupied by Russian troops to her and gave her the right to export 50 thousand rubles worth of grain from Russia duty-free annually. In turn, Sweden gave Russia the Baltic States and some other territories "in perfect unquestioning eternal possession and ownership."

To represent a side the person needs to make a political case for the war. He did not. In Russia that is solely in Putin's hands. At that level Russia has nothing to offer but lies.
Even with such an advantage, at the pace presented during the wagner bakmut offensive which was the peak performance they had, it would take them another 40 years to cover the entire ukrainian 1000 km to the west border. I think one day we'll discover just how prepared the Ukrainian Army was since 2014. We'll learn how deeply involved the UK and US Armed Forces were, because even to someone like me who has no military experience, it's absolutely obvious that the Russian Army walked into a well prepared defence, prepared by trained military personnel using high tech weapons. The West knew that Russia would absolutely have to protect it's Naval Base in Crimea. Ukraine had become completely unstable with a rogue, foreign backed Government trying to impose it's will upon the entire nation, so Russia's response was the only logical thing to have done. I hope the truth comes out.
why its unstable? ukraine never been so stable before, Yanukovich (pere 2014 president) was corrupt bastard, he was stealing every single coin he could, Ukraine had awfull roads, 0 prospect, 0 army, which let to occupation of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk. Before 2014 Ukraine were in far FAR wors condition thay it is now
they did surprisingly good since they were just trained from 2014, and ukrainian leaders themselves didn't really believe that russia would attack. zelensky didn't believe when cia told them just few days before the war. if senior leadership truly had believed, they could've totally prepare the country for it in those short years. gotten rid of all soviet era inventory and replaced with newest western one and trained whole pop in that. we finland have had mandatory conscription against russia for 100 years. need a lot of time to slowly mold society and everything. not really much you can do in just a few years. they could've even developed the total defence concept, where women, companies, everything is made for active defense purpose.

And I think there are a lot of Russian soldiers who share this views. So, I would like you Willy to invite these sort of people to communicate with u and share their opinions. Really interesting to hear the other point of view without the leading questions and accusative interruptions you see on some of the translated POW interviews. You certainly questioned from the point of view of a western journalist, but good job accepting his answers and avoiding leading or lauding where you could’ve.
I thought It was a little disingenuous without acknowledging that Ukraine has had similar POW accusations levelled at it too. The guy is a medic, with little exposure to the front line. It would be very difficult for him to make a comment on POW treatment. So I didn't think that part of the interview was fair.
Willy, you are a true gutsy Aussie and glad you are honouring freedom of speech which is worth its weight in gold these days. Let’s hope you’ve set a trend with giving the full 360 perspective of both sides in this conflict because there are human beings on both sides; geopolitical social nonsense aside. I don't agree with the guys justification for actually invading Ukraine but I respect his beliefs. Can tell he thought he could make a difference and help his fellow soldiers with the skills he has. Wish the man all the best
I don't see anything to respect about deciding to go to another country to help the Russian military kill Ukrainians because you want to take back the lands of the Russian Empire and also because you hate gay people. This guy has nothing but contempt for the Ukrainian people and is pretty much implicity saying that if you see Ukrainian civilians filming your column you should shoot them. Anyone who had any sort of respect for the people who actually live in Ukraine would be wondering why they are so hostile to the military he is a part of, but this guy obviously does not give a fuck about what they might want and sees them as subjects to be stepped on by the boot of the Rusky Mir.

RUclips will leave this up. All he said was Ukraine can be a sovereign state as long as Moscow controls and profits off of it. The Ukrainian citizens don’t get to decide the path they take. They have been subjugated for 400 years, and Moscow aims to make it 400 more. To hell with the border agreement’s in 1991 and the border agreements signed by Putin in 2003. The question about the Russian justification of the SMO is substantially different from a question about the justification of a full-scale declared war against Ukraine as a whole. The NATO war machine portrays the situation as exclusively the latter, despite being too scared to involve themselves directly against the (only) offender according to them. The issue of the selfdetermination of Ukraine can never exclude the right to selfdetermination of all the Russian areas in Ukraine. The Western propagandists ignore their own self-contradictions, such as ignored for instance in Syria.
Hitler did the exact same thing with the Sudetenland. Find some minorities that need "protection" and use that as a reason to invade. Try to appease the crocodile and you'll end up its meal. If minorities want sovereignty, they need to do so through democratic means. And Russia is the very opposite of democratic. Fake referendums, fake votes, arbitrary trials.
I am from Donbas. I went to a Ukrainian school there but I speak both Russian and Ukrainian. We had NO problems there. I now live in the US since 2000. People in Donbas that I know, did not invite Wagner or Russian FSB and army to cross the border. We did not give them permission to shoot artillery inviting return fire from Ukraine. We did not ask them to bring a Grad here either, or take over the airport with a busload of hired random men with rifles. Our local police were corrupt, but random paid men with rifles walking around like they own the city and warlords making their own rules but taking orders from their FSB handlers - we did not ask nor give permission nor want that. NOBODY in Donbas wanted Wagner in our city. We could have overthrown whoever the new president was with our own semi-peaceful Maidan if we wanted to. Putin just used Donbas as a launchpad for invasion that would also divert the blame from Moscow.
Love ur work Willy but I’d have to say I hate the fact that u have to say the podcast might be controversial. He has his reasons to fight just like the Ukrainian do
In 1999 there was a major border skirmish or minor war between India & Pakistan, over a mountainous region known as “Kargil”. 90 percent of the casualties in that war too were artillery. Injuries included limbs blown clear off, appendages ripped up, shrapnel injuries.
The bolsheviks split Russia and divided the Russian people. Actually, the Ukrainians now are not about the ethnicity (as they differ from the other Russians less than the northern protestant Germans differ from the southern catholic Germans) but about political views which roughly can be reduced to hatred of worthless peasantry for more successful townpeoples (towards the Poles and Jews before, towards the Russians now).
I hope all you guys who think Russians are bad people and are watching this right now see how honorable and honest this man is this is how every man in Russia is nine times out of 10
@albertofloresrico8465 Oh, but they are just in this war for certain. Just imagine if Russia or China started arming Mexico or Canada or putting missiles in Cuba, how do you think the country that doesn't even allow anybody considers to be a rival on its own side of the world, you know the one that won't allow any other country to build a military base in its hemisphere but has China Iran North Korea and listen to a lesser degree completely surrounded on all sides by its own military bases but it calls these other countries the aggressors comment how do you think America would react just for that one example? Now you can't write someone's wrong just by saying someone else would do worse I know that but the fact is Ukraine is an American project or George Soros project and the regime change who was engineered by the CIA and America and the government that was implanted there is a completely antique puppet government every other time a country has this kind of problem in someone Independence America always chooses the rebels phly in this case are they choosing Ukraine instead of the people of the LPR and the DPR? Why don't they care about all the civilians that were getting killed by the ukrainians for the last eight years or so for that matter why didn't they keep their word not to push any further east with NATO why did Germany and France why when the Belarus Minsk Accords were agreed upon and they were never ratified or considered as valid because Ukraine in the Western European countries in America never even planned on following them? Angelina Merkel and jelinski both admitted that they were just made as an effort to give Ukraine time to arm itself so it can fight Russia. Anybody who knows anything about what's going on and isn't completely brainwashed by Western propaganda knows that Russia is 100% in the right and just in this war and that all of the war crimes all of the bad shit all of the wise all of the propaganda is coming out the Westin from Ukraine I'm not saying Russia hasn't committed war crimes during this conflict because there's never a war without there being at least some of this activity and especially since Ukraine has been so sadistic and Its Behavior I'm sure the Russians have gotten plenty of opportunity to get their revenge and that just sickens me because these are my two favorite ethnic groups in the world I love Russians and ukrainians just about more than anyone else cuz I think their women are the most beautiful women feminine and intelligent and their men are the most strong and brave and handsome and honorable? Actually in Willy's case he's a useful idiot. They both sickens me and it's sad
Definitely doesn't seem like a bad guy at all, but talking about wanting to join the war because he wants to fight homos isn't exactly a good look either. It's great to hear from the other side but doesn't really dispell the notion that even the educated and intelligent Russian soldiers are pretty brainwashed. (Alot of that on both sides of course)
What does the flag in the background mean since November 12 , 1472 . The colors of the flag of tsarist Russia meant the following: black is a double-headed eagle and a symbol of a great country in the East, state stability, inviolability of historical borders. This stripe on the flag symbolized the meaning of the existence of the Russian people. The black color emphasized the greatness of the state from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific coast; golden (yellow) is the banner of Orthodox Byzantium, which was adopted as the state flag by Ivan III Vasilyevich. The middle stripe on the flag symbolizes spirituality, striving for moral purity and firmness of spirit. The golden color also emphasizes the continuity of generations and the salvation of the Orthodox faith; white (silver) - eternity and purity, as well as the color of St. George. This shade symbolizes great and selfless sacrifice for the sake of the Fatherland - a well-known trait of the Russian character, which has puzzled, delighted and even frightened foreigners for many centuries. The first 2 colors appeared in Russia in 1472. After marrying the Byzantine princess Sophia Palaiologos, Ivan III, along with the coat of arms of Byzantium captured by the Ottomans, adopted these heraldic symbols. The Byzantine imperial banner was a golden cloth. The black eagle depicted on it was crowned with two crowns. This flag has become the state banner of Russia.
It was good to hear the humanity in some fundamental things he said. He wasn't necessarily happy Russia went to war. He would've preferred Ukraine was brought back into the fold diplomatically. He didn't hesitate in saying he treated POWs and would've treated a Ukrainian soldier given the opportunity because it's the right thing to do. I was relatively humored when he said the soldiers razz POWs about "Why are you taking up arms against us? Go home!" when the Ukrainian soldiers are saying the same exact thing to Russian POWs. Ivan and I fundamentally disagree on Ukraine being a sovereign territory. I fully believe in a group of peoples' right to self determination. My country has stuck its fingers in too many honey pots (although I believe this cause is a righteous one). But because of that, I'm really happy with how Zelenskyy has handled himself on the world stage. I also didn't want to see Ukraine turn into some kind of novelty puppet state. I want them to thrive as their own culture. Zelenskyy nailed it when he said "I don't need a ride. I need ammo." I think Ivan was a bit misinformed when he said Ukraine didn't have any resources or chance to be free-standing (among other things obviously). Ukraine has some of the most fertile land in the world and supplies a large amount of wheat and other crops. Not to mention the rare earth metals that are also there. Then again, Ivan would say the same about me being misinformed so who am I to say lol Thanks for this perspective Willy. I cringed at a few points in the video, but it's still something we all need to hear and take into account

Hey! I can try to explain you something from Russian side of you want to.
A memorial was opened in Bucha in memory of the killed residents of the city.
What a joke this channel is, finally showing its true colors
Maybe if you say it didn’t happen enough you’ll actually convince yourself.
Good example of russian nazi propaganda.
Yeah, that's wat's the most tragic in the Bucha massacre. All of it was done by Ukrainian forces cleansing whoever they deemed to be Russian supporters, and then neatly shove it on the Russian soldiers just to feed this shit to the western media.
"After the Russians left this place, mass cleansings began in the city by the punishers of the Kyiv regime."
And how do you explain that the bodies laying in the street were visible for weeks BEFORE the Russians left?
US ambasador to Soviet Union in 1962 asked Kennedy in the midst of the Cuban Crisis:
"Have you considered their position, where they are coming from and how our nuclear missiles in Turkey pose an existential threat to their way of life?"
This question prompted Kennedy to open a direct line to Khruschev, one that he could converse with Khruschev 1 on 1, phone to phone, man to man.

Cheers

He's not showing "a side", or at least not one that really matters. He's a soldier. He joined the front to help his comrades. Any soldier has war stories to tell. No different with Wehrmacht and SS soldiers during WW2.
To represent a side the person needs to make a political case for the war. He did not. In Russia that is solely in Putin's hands. At that level Russia has nothing to offer but lies.

Пройдет время и простые люди на западе в полном объеме узнают сколько сил их государства приложили для начала этой войны и что за режим они поддерживают. Но мир уже будет другой

With the flag of the Russian Empire in the background. Very popular among the Russian far-right wing including skinheads.
For them, returning to Russia was the greatest blessing of their lives and they often have a rather radical imperial outlook. This is their life experience. They were impoverished second-class citizens, returning to Russia restored their self-respect.
Too bad they are being abused by a crazy dictator to further his own imperial ambitions.

Yeah Russia for Russians that’s completely fine but invade every other country then when the USSR collapsed the occupiers were expected to be treated good? When the Brit’s tried to “liberate” the US in 1812 the British weren’t looked on fondly after the war was over completely understandable.

Before 1812 Moldova had nothing to do with the russians. This guy is a chauvinistic, imperialistic swine who deserves to be fought against.
So it is not that Ivan is somehow different in his thinking from how plenty of people of "free world" think by themselves.

min 26.55 Willie. Thank you.

We'll learn how deeply involved the UK and US Armed Forces were, because even to someone like me who has no military experience, it's absolutely obvious that the Russian Army walked into a well prepared defence, prepared by trained military personnel using high tech weapons.

They both sickens me and it's sad
doubt that, after 500 years of brainwashing Western people cannot see Russians as anything but evil.
9 of 10 russians are bad people, it's a fact. Especially that russian nazi.
The colors of the flag of tsarist Russia meant the following:
black is a double-headed eagle and a symbol of a great country in the East, state stability, inviolability of historical borders. This stripe on the flag symbolized the meaning of the existence of the Russian people. The black color emphasized the greatness of the state from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific coast;
golden (yellow) is the banner of Orthodox Byzantium, which was adopted as the state flag by Ivan III Vasilyevich. The middle stripe on the flag symbolizes spirituality, striving for moral purity and firmness of spirit. The golden color also emphasizes the continuity of generations and the salvation of the Orthodox faith;
white (silver) - eternity and purity, as well as the color of St.
This flag has become the state banner of Russia.
ruzzki nazi is still just a nazi.
I need ammo."
I think Ivan was a bit misinformed when he said Ukraine didn't have any resources or chance to be free-standing (among other things obviously). Ukraine has some of the most fertile land in the world and supplies a large amount of wheat and other crops. Not to mention the rare earth metals that are also there. Then again, Ivan would say the same about me being misinformed so who am I to say lol
Thanks for this perspective Willy. I cringed at a few points in the video, but it's still something we all need to hear and take into account
Fertile part of Ukraine is in the Russian speaking areas.
@@banarama4144 And those areas are Ukrainian people
I normally don’t give a reaction but Willy your a good guy respect too you! Show the other perspective aswell of the war.
No one can call him biased
A Russian soldier has no bias? lol
