    Kata hua pyaaj dalein aur sunahara bhoora hone tak bhoone.
    adrak-lahsun ka paste aur hari mirch daalein. ek minute ke lie bhoone jab tak ki kachchi sugandh gaayab na ho jaye.
    kate hue tamatar daalein aur naram aur goodedaar hone tak pakaen.
    kati huee hari shimala mirch daalein aur 2-3 minat tak pakaen.
    haldee paudar, pav bhaji masaala, laal mirch paudar aur namak daalein. achi tarah milaen aur kuchh minat tak pakaen jab tak ki masaalon se khushaboo na aane lage.
    pan mein maish kee huee sabziyan daalein. sab kuchh milaane ke lie achi tarah milaen.

    atirikt svaad ke lie bhune hue pav ko nimbu ke tukade aur kate hue pyaaj ke saath parosen.
