Too cool. I have a personal connection to Corrine Williams (the stunning blond vocalist). A few years back when my WW2 vet father was approaching his final days, I contacted Corrine about sending him a sampler of music from his younger days. Corrine then sent him a wonderful collection of her incredible music. He and my mother were subsequent big fans of this particular video. Thanks again, Corrine. You are a good soul.

Too bad clubs like this don't exist today. Back in the 1990's, Tampa Florida had a really popular one called the Sugar Palm Ballroom on the 2nd floor of an old factory building, and it was SO much fun!
I have to come back to this video every so often. The aesthetic and music it harkens back to were excellent. For all the things they got wrong back then, they sure as hell got this part right.
Stellar Performance! You ladies have got wonderful harmony, style and talent to spare. The band is also extremely talented and tight. This is a most incredible collaboration of the best musicians and singers I've heard in a long time. I Love This Swing!
Thank you, that's cool. Interestingly, like so many of the originals, TS3 were part of a local scene that sprang up here in the week night bars of Brighton and included great bands like The Swing Ninjas and Flash Mob Jazz (both also worth checking on RUclips) among several others...

Little sad this comes up before the Ella Fitzgerald original in a search, but damn... this is so good. Listened to it at work & three people told me how great it was in the space of one view.
I'd agree with you about Ella generally - we all LOVE her here and she is an absolute LEGEND - still probably one of the greatest singers of all time, but to be fair, RUclips is a visual medium and this is all about the video which is probably why it comes up.
