Officers try to calm a weeping suspect down and elsewhere, officers tackle a suspect to the ground after he refuses to cooperate.
Jail is an American documentary reality television series that follows suspects in custody from booking through to incarceration. The show documents events in different jails across the U.S. Jail is the sister show to Cops, a show that follows police officers on patrol.

Yes. We do see a lot of out-of-work actors in these jails. The majority of them are simply atrocious actors (maybe that's why they are out-of-work).

Jesus... Where I live, a person will not be put in handcuffs for cutting a tree. They will have to go to the station to fill out paperwork, and then they have to appear in Court but no one will be in chains over a freaking tree.
If your charges are superficial and non-violent, you will be treated accordingly. There will be absolutely no reason to handcuff you even if you have to go to the station with the officers in their own vehicle.
