  • I just received the Redcat Ascent 18th scale truck today. Here is a short review and run on my indoor course.
It is too big for the course. the truck made it through way too easy. I am not done with course yet. still more obstacles to add.
Also, after listening to the video, i shouldnt talk in videos. I sound like an idoit!

Cool RC. Also cool to ride such a beautifully private homemade crawler course for the RC's. 👍🆒🎦👌👋🍀

It was my first try at making a course. It turned out pretty good! I am already thinking about coming off the course on to the walls. Just what every living room needs!

Very nice man! These things are great with just a few mods, keeps up with rigs that have a good 300+ put into em. RedCat crushed it on this rig.

@@travelinwithTODD Those CJ's are awesome rigs, takes so much top weight off its crazy, and u can add so much scale to em as well. I used to have an 89 YJ, was a sweet Jeep, never should of sold it.

@@SPAMurai671 they are fairly cheap to build for sure. anything laying around will do! lol. i think the biggest cost for me was the spray foam and plaster cloth when building. the scenery got pricey but that's because I kind of went over board on buying things cause i did the "oh that looks cool, i need that" type of thinking! lol
