I doubt that was true. I THINK he was just trying to get the point across to her that her decisions can effect other people's lives. & That there's a reason he made that a rule. She never thinks about other people & instead of just hurting his baby girl's feelings & telling her this, he is passive agressive & gives her his retirement sob story. Well Daddy it didn't work. Ur baby girl is still a selfish brat. He needs to kick her tf out, why should he change any plans for his life because of her mistake? She's not the type to be happy working and never seeing her children. I was raised in childcare, my sister wasn't. Childcare is hell for children. We could always tell the children in daycare teaching at church. It was my strong conviction to not have children if they had to suffer through commercial daycare. Emily won't be happy with that, for long. Remember her showing him the big houses? Yeah. She'll be growing up fast, soon. I stayed home with both of my children. Wouldn't change a thing, but you need to choose your partner wisely.
Bilal's ex was not at the wedding because she clearly still has feelings for him. I don't think her heart could take it. It was all good as long as they were just dating, but then he proposed and it was a game changer. I'm sure she's seen plenty women come in and out of his life. Which is why she was expecting Shieda to be a temp, as well. He gave her a very special gift that he did not give the ex. 🤔 or did he and then he took it back when they split? I really like Kobe! Emily not so much. The way she speaks to him as if he's a child or something! I cringe every time!🙄

My husband is from Kenya and he came to America on a full scholarship for us athletic ability and academics also. We have been happily married for 10 plus years. Grow up Emily. Watching Kobe and David share that moment had me in tears ♥️ like it really melted my heart and I was glad to see this because it was a very rough start! Knowing that Kobe doesn’t have a close relationship with his dad, it’s great that he has Emily’s Dad. And he respects him so much knowing that he was scared to tell her parents because they promised not to, and he finally has built a relationship with her parents - like damn. Hopefully, her dad will be able to retire within the next year 🤞🏼

Idk Bilal and Shae's wedding was .. underwhelming. His daughters voice was Incredibly sweet, such an angelic voice.
However, He barely showed her any affection, yet again. Presented her with a keepsake, no kiss, no kneeling to her and looking into her eyes while presenting it..idk their marriage is definitely a business aspect.

I cried watching just about all of them but Balil has me on the fence when it comes to him. The song that Jabiri made for Meona was beautiful! I was like "Darius Rucker or Kane Brown need to help the brother out". I totally love them.. As for Theis & Patrick, I'm hopeful for them. I hope things go good for all of the couples -never hope for the worse for any of the couples.
Emily & Kobe - the only thing that got me was her her buying the ring & the new pregnancy. Then hearing Kobe about Emily nursing upset me quite a bit. All things aside though I think they truly can make it BUT need to get off on their own 2 feet. I would like to see them in their own spinoff or atleast on "after the 90 days". I don't want cameras to ruin the relationship as we all know it can & has done that and would be fine with little updates here and there at best especially as they venture out on their own and with new baby. This comment is based on the content at 3:15 - 4:15 and has a lot of speculation on how Emily is feeling based on her actions, how Melicia talks about love, and my own journey through relationships.
I LOVE how Melicia mentions kind of off-script about how we're often so used to letting (the wrong) people in that have hurt us and having to heal those wounds which often become scars on our hearts. When we feel like it's too good to be true, we try to block off emotions and hide behind those scars. When the right person comes into our life they will want to help not only to break down barriers but to help heal those scars and sometimes open wounds that never healed. It's hard to see this when you're in a relationship and have not let down your emotional guard but when you let the right person in and you can look back after letting that person in, hindsight is really where things are able to come to light and know that this is "the one".
Also how Emily explains to Kobe that the trust issues aren't really even about him, they've been there probably for many years even before they met (I actually have no idea, this is just speculation from what I see in her and how I have felt in certain relationships) But again maybe she's so used to having these feelings, potentially from relationships she's been in or just from how men have treated her in the past, that she is putting up barriers to protect herself from being hurt again instead of letting him in. All she needs is to open those doors and let Kobe in and see that this man just wants to be with her and love her. He doesn't want to hurt her but with these barriers up she can't see that yet.
Emily’s dad should retire and let Emily and husband figure it out.

I just love Emily’s parents . They are so sweet and so supportive of both of them. I’m only 37 and I’ve lost both of my parents already, and my only sibling. She seriously needs to wake up, step up and show her parents that equal support . It’s time to woman up and take care of your own . Treat your parents with the respect they deserve , and your man !! Question for Emily: how did she felt with all the critics around her persona (which I believe some were really valid remarks, but not all of them, because I don't believe she meant it badly) and seeing herself back, did she decided to improve herself and noticed some faults she truly wants to change? Did some comments help her? Or her attitude for Kobe that was not correct, did she see it herself? Because I believe some comments were just written in order to help her and Kobe improve their communication not to criticise her too much.
