@@zarochi Thank you Z. It’s a Boss HM-2 with an octave pedal. It actually over powers the octave pedal. It’s going through my amps effects loop and I made sure that the amp is not blown. Yea, that’s how they sound and no eq or overdrive pedal needed. They are great for that buzz saw distortions and impulses. Maybe even better through a solid state amp. Always a lot of fun trying out new distortions. Thanks Z! I appreciate it 🤘🏻
@chrisloud1976 I have a Whammy on my pedal board, so sometimes I forget to turn it off when I turn the board on (it powers on when you plug it in), and I'm like "what in tarnation is this brutal sound doing here?" Then I remember the pedal turned on 🤦♀️ I'm glad to see you using it for some extra brutality 🤘🤘🤘
@@KRIS.7S Thank you, I love acoustic intros, outros and acoustic musical pieces on metal albums. I get a lot of ideas reverting back to playing acoustic guitar.
Thank you Dave, I appreciate it. I usually have a good vision of what it’s going to sound like beforehand, but this time it kinda just took on a life of its own. You’re very receptive to the changes in the composition and that’s an excellent trait to harness.
Yes !!!!!!!!!!! So good

Really nice intro! The rythm-guitar sounds muddy but with great riffage and lead! 🤘🔥
@@AndyLeeMusician Thanks 🤘🏻
I was using my HM-2 through an amp and then an octave pedal just on the guitar parts for a bit more depth.
Very nice intro and awesome heavy groove! Well done! 🤘🤘🤘
