That Johnson multiplying trick was AMAZING!!! I've been following the Halo 2 speed running community for many years and there's always new tricks comming out or glitches being discovered, it never gets boring.
I remember my "monopolized" achievement run 3 years ago man. Halo 2 was absolutely Painful but it was such an accomplishment and meaningful to me since Halo 2 was originally the first game I've ever played and to this day Halo remained as my fav Franchise :) Your run was incredible!
This is the most difficult/frustrating campaign on legendary imo, especially without knowing these skips. Crazy to watch them being done so easily. Good run!
Goddamn I was looking away for a while and got back at 19:30 and thought for sure the dude next to runner was holding a child and had me questioning if he'd always been holding one.
Love how theres one person on camera dead center just slouching like melted ice cream and on their phone, and just to the left is a group just goofing around. Some peoples minds never left the high school classroom
halo speedruns (all games) are some of hte most technical and impressive in the world. They are just filled with "how tf does anyone even come up with this in a thousand years" moments
Can’t say how crazy it is to see these tricks being pulled off like this. Amazing run! Frankly one of the craziest runs in speed runs. So many spots this run can just die. So many scary places to die. Each enemy is something to think about because each enemy can kill you in a few seconds. There is a lot of spots to chill, but most of the run is high octane combat and movement. He makes it look so easy!! Not to mention Jerv beating this deathless is just wild. I can’t understate enough how that might be the hardest gaming challenge out there and he will probably be the only one to do it in the foreseeable future. (At least until new tech is discovered)
I would like to think that it is 100% canon that Tartarus gets his ass kicked by the arbiter, Johnson, a bunch of elites, Johnson, Johnson, and their slightly less competent cousin, Johnson.
On sacred icon there's also little repair drones that fly around and eventually will open the first piston for you using their little laser as a hint on how to open it. You can also melee them.
indeed. Having the setting set to V-sync ON due to monitor support would make a difference for sure... the game itself runs in accordance with the settings...@@voli6570

in this video they clearly have it OFF due to input latency. Thus causing the output to tear in accordance with the game's video output settings.
