Good to hear from you just started my journey already a month in, I started with box braids, then crocheted them into dreads, been going to the ocean and washing them with dread soap, no wax, I'm from south Florida and do aggressive inline as well and a big fan of Franky Morales too, also a big fan of Korn and I've had dreads before a long time ago but recently grew my hair back out and now I begin my journey again.

Hey! Good to see you!! I'm making the transition to plant based and I've watched your Ital video a hundred times. I'm finally making the switch for health reasons. I'm a 2 year cancer survivor and the chances of recurrence goes down on a plant based diet. Also because of the kind of surgery I had to remove the cancer, I have a higher risk of getting parkensis. I've been dairy free completely for almost 2 weeks. Processed meat free for a week. Next is pork then chicken then beef. That order may seem weird but I think it's what's going to be easiest for me.
