    The only affordable homes I see are those horrible street parking only houses now.

      Thanks, yeah it took a lot of self talk to get past being on camera since I have never liked them, but I knew there was a big opportunity with very few realtors covering my area on RUclips. I appreciate the acknowledgement. :)

    I will be working in Stockton 2 of the weekdays, and from home 3 of the weekdays. I’m from San Jose and my family is here but I’m not sure if I should move to either Tracy, Manteca, or Stockton. What do you think?

    • @livingincaliscentralvalley
      @livingincaliscentralvalley  6 месяцев назад

      Hi, if you’re going to be working in Stockton I would suggest to move there in one of the nicer areas of the city. If you’re looking to buy, the houses are cheaper and it’s a bigger city with many more amenities than in Manteca and Tracy.

      Above is the link for my Stockton city page teaching you about the area, as well as including the best neighborhoods to buy in. Are you looking to make that move soon?

    Planing to sell my property in tx . What part of Tracy would you recommend buying a house.

      I would suggest the southern Tracy area. Depending on your budget there are new construction homes called Tracy Hills right off of Highway 580 and a lot of the newer construction is happening in the southern area of the city. If you need help when you come out or have more questions about it, feel free to reach out. 👍🏽

      Hi! I created a Tracy city page that I thought you may have interest in since it'll teach you about the city. Is there anything I can do to help you with the relocation?

    I may have to go back to California and be near my daughters. I'll be coming back from Tennessee this it seems like it's becoming more like this for me cuz I get older. I like very warm climate. Only thing is I have section 8 you have to look for apartment townhome or a house up to two bedroom. Do you have any ideas to help me out how to navigate what areas to avoid. ? What websites are the best for me to find who accepts section 8 vouchers

      I do have a daughter that lives in my hometown San Jose but I've been trying to avoid the hustle and bustle of the big city

      Hi Delphinia, if you have a daughter who's located in San Jose I would personally suggest that as the place to be, mostly if aging is a concern for you. It would seem you would want to be closer to your family in that situation.
      Now if Tracy is still where you want to be, I typed in section 8 housing in tracy Ca and a ton of sites to help you out showed up so they would be the best resource for you.
      As far as safety is concerned, I would suggest to stay south of Grant Line Road, which is the main road in Tracy. The further south of Grant Line you go, the safer the area. Hope this all helps.

      @@livingincaliscentralvalley my second daughter lives in Tracy but I will check out that area and you're right I hate to be stuck in San Jose California again where I raised all my life. I like a smaller town but not be too far from my two daughters. 901 be stuck in the senior apartment either. I seen an apartment in Gilroy but it was for seniors that I did not favor that.
      Thank you for the information of appreciate it

    I was born in Santa Cruz but grew up in Tracy in the 40s, 50s, and 60s and I am an 8th-generation Californian. I didn't watch your video because you called California "Cali". No real Californian uses that term!

      @livingincaliscentralvalley  10 месяцев назад +2

      I was born in Cali myself and out of over the almost 10,000 views this channel has gotten so far, you’re the only person who has had a negative comment about how I say California. I’m not for everyone so feel free to not watch, I’m good with that, but in the meantime I’ll stay proud to say I’m from California, aka Cali.

      @@livingincaliscentralvalley, From Google answers: "Cali" is an abbreviation of "California" that only non-Californians use. But you probably call San Francisco "San Fran" or "Frisco", also. So I'll take your response about being a proud Californian with a grain of salt!

      Born and raised in California and pretty much everyone calls California cali now. Times may have changed but Cali now a days is definitely not ment as a disrespectful term now a days.

      @livingincaliscentralvalley Yeah, it's not all bad. I spent my teenage years there back in the 90s/early 2000s and have fond memories in spite of any riff raff which, of course, one encounters anywhere. Especially these days. Definitely a big step up over Stockton for sure.
