I lived in CA most of my life, in Manteca for about fifty years, just under an hour drive to Sacramento where you can go to Cal Expo (state fair), go east one hour to many lakes i the beautiful mountains, or James Town and Sonora gold country, or go west just over the Altamont hill into Oakland and San Francisco. I kind of miss that place, I now live in East Texas where freedom and rattle snake thrive.
Thanks for the great video, it would be awesome if there could be more opportunties for those who are highly educated who already live in Manteca for it to help Mantecas economy to grow faster and for Manteca to grow properly for it to attract other highly edcated people to Manteca to help Manteca grow faster
I totally agree with you! There's more opening up in the Manteca area, just keep an eye out on the channel. I'm doing the research for you so you don't have to.
Hi Andre, we went to Manteca last week to look for a new home (Ramus & Tylor Morrison builders) homes are beautiful. Buying a new house, do we need a realtor? Please advise, thank you!
Hi Bert! I'm actually going to be putting out two videos on Manteca in the next two weeks. I I would also always advise to have a realtor on new construction. I actually made a video about why a realtor is always good for new construction that I just posted recently. Here's the link to it, I hope it helps to answer that question for you. Let me know if I can be of any assistance. I'd be happy to help. ruclips.net/video/xX1cAjLqmoE/видео.html
Hi Bert! Just wanted to send you my new community page on Manteca since you had an interest there. Only pros that came out of Manteca were Chance Dunston , Dirt Cobain , The 44th Floor , Epochs & E.O.K.
Yeah, I don't know any of those. Apparenty your Manteca knowledge is on another level.

Some of the Manteca residents are bias prejudice towards the homeless people here in Manteca
This is based on facts no lies either Andre
