If you're coming from Texas then you'll have no problems in Brentwood.. that's for sure :) - There's a few neighborhoods in the central part of Brentwood that are around that range. Let me know when you guys plan on coming out and I'll be happy to show you around. 👍

Update: I like Brentwood it’s basically Yerington NV but in CA.
Calling it Bay Area is kind of pushing it tho.
