Liked the reaction, I’m a huge fan of this band but this absolutely isn’t the song I’d show someone who’s never heard of them. Songs like Crystal Mountain and 1000 Eyes are, in my opinion, a bit more concise, not as experimental in regards to structure. The vocals are done by a dude name Chuck, so it’s not a girl lol. Each album has different sounding vocals, the vocals on the last album here are the highest, almost screech like at times.

I guess you dont know anything about Chuck Schuldinner , R.i.p ... Dont worry he doesnt like his vocals too and those are male vocals ... i love lyrics of chucks songs , control denied project of chucks is realy nice too , that was the last thing he left before he died from brain cancer.

A quality Death album, but I've never been a fan of Chuck's vocals on this one.

@@jamesmyrick9083 Nah, just saying, he had similar technique on the other songs, not as high pitched but similar, it's the peak of his vocals, that's for sure, technique wise.
