So interesting to hear what you’ve been up to and why we’ve seen you a bit less here on RUclips. Congratulations on this venture, I can’t wait to hear more about it. I’ve ALWAYS found that you explain things so well, and you just have such a relaxed, fun presence in front of the camera that you are a pleasure to watch. I could see the purple fabric making a lovely bodycon/ business sort of dress… professional and sexy? And with the blue lace and blue Lycra you could sort of mix sporty with sweet? Like a bathing suit with a skort coverup or tennis dress kind of look… very fun and inspiring to watch. I’ve just moved continents and unfortunately all my stuff including my sewing machine is somewhere on the Atlantic . I’m itching to start again. 😂
What a wonderful video and it sounds like an amazing (but stressful) experience. Doing something like this really does stretch a person and their skills and it sounds like you really grew through the experience in a way you wouldnt have otherwise. Bravo! It is nice to see you back on RUclips. I will also keep an eye out for the course when it comes out. x

How exciting for you. I wonder did you realize that you know more than you thought. Being an actress you are already familiar with the camera and speaking in front of it, I would absolutely freeze. The back of a quilt is just important as the front!
My grandma was a huge quilter, and she would never use good fabric on the back. I think that’s why I think that way!
@@Lisamakes Same here! My quilter friend convinced me to do beautiful things to the back of a quilt and it’s always nice when it gets flipped over.

Yes! It was easier to do it near to me. I also think it was probably more affordable than in Austria.
Well, that sounded like a great opportunity and I’m so glad that you grew from it. I have a sticker on my computer that reminds me to do the hard things and that is kind of transformational because it’s very easy to stay in a comfortable rat but once you step out of it, it’s amazing!
