Dude, watching your videos make me motivated. I was at 40 kg pull-ups, BW military press and then Guillian barre Syndrome hit me. I had respiratory failure and also fully paralysed. Now i can't walk or even lift a 5 kg dumbbell. It's been a year and I'm recovering, hopefully in 2025 i will start training again. Thanks for keeping me motivated.
You can do it man! However tough life gets we always have to take responsibility and use the time we have as well as we can, so think how can you get ahead right now. I went through 3 surgeries in my life and although they were nowhere as serious as yours case, I'm grateful for them because I used the recovery periods to improve the other areas of my life besides just physical
Uffff… also wish you a good recovery and a strong will to continue your journey with a positive attitude (at least most of the time)! Will be worth it I guess :)
Man I'm really liking these "routine" videos with you talking about stuff. It's nice to watch/listen to it while doing something else, I've been finding some great nuggets of wisdom in these videos of yours.
I forget how many years I've been subscribed, but its been a while! I just had my first 2 amateur mma fights last year. Looking to get another one in march. Training for a bjj competition on the 20th, purple belt
The learning never ends man, hope you get the recovery out the way so you can grind. Good news is your still up and ready to study even if you aren't physically well. Mean while its was my pulling day, and I have boxing with my coach tonight.. I am apparently in for some shit but Im excited. Lets Go.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia and it is still currently home for me. exactly where Rocky took place. for the love of god please take 2 seconds to just cook your eggs. Wishing you a speedy recovery back to 10000%
