- It’s good to be back! :)💯💪 I’ll be making a lot more videos so if you have any questions write them in the comment section below and I’ll address each question in a separate video. ;)
That way I feel like I can really contribute something to the person who asked the question and hopefully help you in some way. I’ve leaned a lot especially in the past year & would love to share it with you! :)
Train smart! 💯💪
NEW official website:
skyenterprises...
A UFC champion. Now that would be awesome to see man. Keep training. You’ve mastered so many physical skills so far I’m sure you have what it takes to learn MMA too.
All the best!
Awesome to see you here Ivan! Didn't know you also watched Dominik's videos!
I thought so too!!! Hvala brate!! All the best!!! 💪🙏
The king is back!
Welcome back again brother!
thank you brother!
Cannot recommend the Sky Camp enough! Easily one of the best and most fun weeks in my life. Thanks Dom! 🙏
I'll never forget when I first discovered your videos almost 10 years ago shortly after I started training calisthenics. Your beginner to advanced pressing, pulling, and core videos were a game changer in my progressions and gave me so much motivation to increase my discipline. You're a legend Dominik, thank you!
Thank you!!! Glad to see those videos had some positive impact!!! =))
Great to see you back and doing well Dom. Seeing you on your path is an inspiration to all of us. I wish you all the success my man!
Crazy how all the backlashes makes you stronger and happier. Thats what life is about. Falling, recovering, coming back stronger and wiser. Great motivation❤
Love to see how your eyes light up talking about your new found passion. Cant wait to see you in the octagon. Best of luck with the progress and the injuries!
thank you!!! I really appreciate that!
I'm so glad you're still making videos and are training another discipline! I use to watch you when I started calisthenics and thanks to you, I got really strong! I've done wrestling in High School and did BJJ and JKD recently. I want to become a competitive fighter now too! Awesome to see one of my inspirations/RUclips mentors, be in the same kind of disciplines 😭
Great to get an update Dom. been following your work for years and your advice in your videos have transformed my fitness and calisthenics ability. Best wishes for the MMA stuff, keep us updated!!
You inspired a lot of us DOM thanks, best of luck in your new journey.
Hope the best for the best 🙏👍🇺🇸💪👏
Hey brother, glad you are doing good! Take care of your health and body man, All the best for your mma career. Keep up the positive energy!
Appreciate the insights. It’s very inspiring to see athletes who are as tall and heavy as myself as I’m also approaching the 30s.
I currently work on my HSPU and elbows tend to go far back and don’t stay above the wrists.
Also, my left trapezius is nagging occasionally which is sometimes frustrating. But I keep on until I reach my goals.
I’m not the most talented guy but I work very hard to achieve what nobody in my local area accomplished.
💪❤
Thanks!!! oh I’ve been there… keep going brother!! I have no doubt you’ll make it happen!! 💪
Yessir Dominik so good to have you back real inspiration 🙏
Welcome back champion!
Zagreb je blizu, javi se Mirku za treninge!

The Return of the King
Living the dragon ball life of sparring and training! Amazing dom! Been following for years!
nice to have you back
Good to see u
Welcome back
I'm glad to see you back, as a matter of fact a couple weeks ago I checked your channel to see if anything new was going on there... you were very inspiring to me and I kinda tried several diferent things aswell and became really good at gymnastics at some point, but then I fell in love with ice skating and ballet and that to me is what mma is to you... unfortunatelly I had to move on because sometimes it's really hard to live your dream... I hope you achieve lots of shit bro, keep on!
thank you!! wow that must have been a beautiful journey!! Hmmm doesn’t seem that hard to me to be honest… what is your dream if i may ask? :)
@@trdic sure bro, but I'm afraid I can't answer to that without getting too political ahaha... anyway, concerning sports, dance, health and all I think I dream about aging well... back in times I wish I could get competitive in ice dancing, but atm I'm completely away from training and all.. I want to get back eventually and get realistic over my white hairs, it would be enough if I could perform really well on ice skating either solo or duo listening to one of my favorites songs.. that would be nice 🥹
You're the best DOM !! Happy holidays to you and your family
thank you! Happy holidays to you and yours family as well! all the best! :)
Glad that you are back man. Best of luck with your MMA career. And everybody that follows you on Instagram know that you never left!
Lets gooo man your're amazing motivation for many people!! I will always remember I'm champion!
Hope to see you in the UFC sooner rather than later! It would be soo cool to hear Joe explain your training 🙏
indeed!! haha yes sir JRE with Dominik Sky will be a good one!
JD bottle in the corner.. Wishmun approves ;-) Nice to see you back Dom - you are beast in whatever you touch! 🙂
always been an inspiration! glad to see you
Awesome, love it. Looking forward to see Dominik Sky as future UFC champ!! For sure you got the determinationm work ethic and a great foundation. All the best
Thanks a lot!!! 🙏
Welcome back bro..
That my friend was great catch up, don't leave it so long next time. Really enjoyed your journey over the years.👍
Thank you!! I'll stick around this time! ;)
Thats my boy Dan Martinez on the far right in your picture @6:40 !!! wow, small world.
Heyy, so excited to see you again here Dom! You've inspired all of us to join calisthenics, streetworkout, freerunning and more stuff related to movement, it's awesome how polivalent you are, and I am personally sure that your career is just starting. I think the best athletes are those who come from other sports and thats the beauty of it, the beauty of movement, everyone is different and everyone can teach you something new. Good luck in you career and keep your stuff posted so we can keep learning from the best! Cheers from Spain brother
Thanks for such kind words brother!!! all the best!! 💪
Fun,... my journey's been the reverse focusing on martial arts mostly and some lifting weights/pushups and pullups untill the past 3-4 years where I've slowly started exploring a bit of basic parkour, breakdance, cartwheeling, trying to get a decent handstand, etc, next to the martial arts. And doing it all while busy with parenting a 4 year old, working, and creating martial arts content on RUclips.... so it's a slow journey and i'm at a low level in all of it besides martial arts where i also have some holes to work on, but it's a journey of fun and some progress and minimizing the regress (just turned 39).... anyways, i look forward to seeing you kickbox or have an MMA match. :)
the journey is what's important! It looks like you have an amazing one! Keep striving =)
@@trdic Agreed🙏🏻👊🏻
So happy to see a new video🙏🏼
I would really appreciate if you could answer my question. I've been training really hard for a couple months by now, and I'm starting to feel really fatigued during my training. I remembered that you mentioned something about the active rest week on one of your videos/seminars, but I can't find this information. If you could explain how do I structure my rest deload week, it would mean so much, thank you.
Happy to be back! =) Yes sir! No problem I'll film a video on that subject tomorrow and upload asap!!
Legend
Great lesson from the first part of the video: learn to let go, so important and so hard to internalize. With that said, glad to see you're still working on your dream and I truly hope you achieve big things!
Thank you sir!! 💪🙏
Yo, nice to see you come back
The best Athlete in the world
I’m excited for you man. Gonna be following 💪🏻
Bro is inspired and knows how to inspire
🙏🙏🙏
Damn I would love to spare this with you, I mean Im a boxer but it is a true passion and fun.
Your tutorials and sky university has actually helped me with that discipline to learn.
Welcome back and I cannot wait to see your progress in MMA
Oh I would love that! Boxing was my first love when it comes to combat sports!
thank you!!! 🙏
Happy that you found your calling brother!
Even if you don't become the best, you are enjoying the journey
Good to see you!
Hey!!!! I’ve been following you for years, I give you a lot of credit for the MMA, my brief encounter with karate , I loved it, my original training was classic modern and ballet. My goal past few years was a few sets of one chin up, before Covid I had a great trainer, I almost Had a neutral grip pull up, I’m 71, you’re probably laughing by now, I have been out three years, I’m back at gym, I’m one of the few that knows the exercises and how to do strength training, I did get an ACE certification years ago. Anyway lots of luck with your plans , love seeing your videos, you are just a genius for anatomy, kinesiology etc, I love strength training and hoping to hear from you soon. N
Thank you sir!!! Very impressive and inspiring that you are still going for it at 71!!! All the best to you!!! :)
welcome back boss, we missed you.
You are still doing it Dominik:
Moving your body
Call it MMA Calisthenics Parkour
Keep us updated!
Long time ago you inspired me to start training calisthenics when I was still into capoeira
Can't train now due to long covid but I hope one day I'll be back
Best regards from Poland
Thanks for such beautiful words!!! You will be back! I have no doubt! :) 💪
So motivational! Keep on going Dom!
Heyhey, good that you're back
Long time no see bro !! ❤
💪🔥
He's back !
He's back 🔥
Hey there sensei dom, welcome back,I am also starting training back up and getting back into calisthenics after this last year, having to move and deal with some family stuff.
But I am really interested in this training camp, you told me a few years back you would love to have me come but I just didn't have the means. And I really want to try to get to meet all of you at a training camp within the next few years,I think that would be an amazing achievement to be able to train with the great group of guys we have. So any info or a yearly schedule for the training camp, and a bit of info for cost and what it consists of would be very helpful.
My team and I are working on it, so when we know the details we will let you know =)
Welcome back Bro
👏
Welcome back 💪💪 also how well would you say the calisthenics strength transfers to wrestling/bjj?
thank you! very well actually! not in a way that it transfers to bjj or wrestling skill that much but It primarily helps with not getting injured! And in a long term that is very very valuable! =)
A strong muscle is a strong muscle.
Jou hvala za motivacijo sem rabu neki tazga d se nazaj u top formo spravm. Srečno z MMAjm. Dobr slišat d so še taki k trenirajo z OG Dragon ball muzko.
Makenkost! Hvala!! Ej res ga ni cez Dragon ball!! Takoj se pucutim ko Goku! =D
Martial arts are beautiful
Take care bro
Oh my God, I almost thought you died :p
I'm glad you're back
Keep it up Dominik!💪
I heard Paul Kalkbrenner in one of the cuts from training sessions 🎵 do you like his music ?
Thanks!!! 💪 oh yes! I love it! :)
How is your martial arts training schedule in terms of solo training/training with a class or group of people? I'm at a point in life where the majority of my training is now solo, and sometimes i get to playfully spar (BJJ hard with 2 of them, striking always pretty restrained, sometimes super restrained) with some teens and kids at work, once in a while i can set up meetings to spar with grown up martial artists in my network.
Great question! I would live to answer that in a video if that’s ok! It will be up next week! :)
@@trdic For sure, looking forward to it :)
Damn missed you bro. Can you please touch on how we should handle days on a PPL routine and one of the days we just seem to not be able to get all the reps in. Is that a sign to take a deload week??
Yes sir! I can make a video on the subject if you like =)
@@trdic Thanks so much brother. Cause i followed your PPL advice until i was at like 60lbs pull ups but there were days i just could not get in the targeted 5x5 or 3x5. Felt weak as hell and i didnt know what to do. A deload week didnt seem appropriate because i didnt feel any overuse injury. Thanks very much
@@trdic Hey friend can you please touch on what an ideal second push and second pull day should look like. You mentioned in your previous videos to do less than your first days. How much less? Less weight? Less reps? Less sets? Perhaps i had weak days because i over did it on my second PPL days and should have done far less. Cause i was doing same weight but like one less rep. Perhaps should have been maybe less weight. I have no idea. I need the master to chime in. Thanks so much bro for all you have done.
@@wellutopia2237Yes sir! I’ll make a detailed video on the subject! It will be out next week! :)
Just a side question, how's your journey through "climbing" if you've ever been occupied in it?
Sparring with no coverage is insane. like just insane.
head gear is there to make sure you don’t get cut not to prevent brain damage brother! getting hit hard with gear on is just a destructive… It gives a false sense of security. what prevents brain damage is good defense and not getting hit. :)
🤙
Yo champ ❤
Almost every person that was excellent in wrestling became a champion. If i were to devote to MMA id do wrestling above all else and some striking.
indeed! that is my #1 focus right now! I might go to Dagestan for a couple of months in 2025 =)
@@trdic wow amazing. You are a role model brother. God bless you. God is good to us.
@@wellutopia2237Thank you brother! Indeed!!! God bless!!
The male advantage is coming
King 🗿
Broken thumb first time, wonder if injuries will keep happening…
oh they always do! minor injuries are a part of every professional sport. If you finish a career without a surgery is doable… without injuries not even a possibility… If you’re a pro athlete and never injured you are not really trying… 😅
paul kalkbrenner never get old ! best one !
indeed!!!! beautiful music!!
Was that Simonster in Portugal?
yes!!! I met him in Germany a couple of years ago and thought the event would be even more awesome with him... He was there the whole week. It was amazing! =)))
Interested in sky training camp man! Looks like a great way to learn slot
Im so glad your fine and back.
I followed you on my alt account for about 8 years (your MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO from 2015)
Dominik you are the reason i started to work out and I watch your videos every time I want to quit to keep going and fighting.
I have been allways skinny and im currently bulking and taking training in the gym for the fist time in my life seriously.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your motivation and ispiration ❤
You are the best! 💪
btw if you want to improve your fighting skills i can recommend you this fighting chanel: ruclips.net/video/PQxd1_gITA0/видео.html
he is an absolute beast at shadow boxing and foot work (hope it helps)
an warm hearted savage beast like you 💪
I wish you the best for your future
Good luck and greetings from Germany
No matter how talented; if you start training at 30 you're definitely not gonna be world class. Bro's about to be humbled.
haha I hope you stick around… You’re in for a big surprise! 😉💪
Dragon Ball music!
Your formidable strength is more suitable for wrestling pathway of MMA. Your striking is pretty good anyway. Since it's art. Art needs time.
beautifully said!!!
What's your height and weight ma boi?
6feet (182,454545cm) 200lbs (90kg) 😉💪
balancing mma and advanced calisthenics is hard af lol.. i have to compete a lot less bc my priority is cali.. but i still drill technique bc the knowledge is growing and boosts my confidence like a mfer.. i feel like a bad ass
Do you ever trained with kettlebell? For professional fighters it is a fucking good sport equipment.
Yes sir! It's good stuff!
dont be to hard on urself
But arent you too old?
I may be 30 but my body is in better shape than most 20year olds… ;)
So that's it. Time to unsubscribe as this is something which completely not interest me. It was a great journey following you, all the best on a new path Dom.
To each their own. =)Thank you sir! All the best to you as well!
I've been a fan ever since i was 14 ( I'm 19 now) and I've been wondering, what is your main source of income?
did all sorts of jobs back in the day but I hated every second of it because I knew I could be training instead of working.. later I was making some money from yt and for many years basically lived like a bum so I could train 8h a day. Great days! =D Anyways I started coaching calisthenics at one point and made very good money teaching people individually and helping them improve the quality of life mainly through physical training. In the past couple of years I haven't really taken any new students due to still being obsessed with training so I got together with a couple of friend and we are now running a coaching company. =)
OMG this is real ? 😮🔥
I've been following you for 8 years, i am 21 now. So happy to see that you're doing amazing in things that you love, truly inspirational journey =)
Wow! Thank you young Sir!! I have no doubt your journey was incredible as well! =)
It is much more than happy to see you again.
I've been watching MMA for years, and I know I'm not qualified to give tips but I'll say one thing.
Please train your mind for it. You must be vicious man brutal and nasty. I won't say anything about being a better technician because I believe you're great at that.
Watch fighters like Jones, Roundtree, Petr Yan, Khamzat... etc. This quality is cultivated from yourself, and not something you can develop in the gym. Not as important for Boxing but in MMA... it's a major factor IMO.
All the best Dom.
very intelligent thinking my friend! btw I’m training my mind every day! I know my “youtube persona” is a very passionate and cheerful dude (and I am that!) but I’m also a seriously bad motherf*cker capable of great violence (when it’s necessary). I’m looking forward to showing more of that side in the very near future! 🙏
great to have you back
2:37 *punch* x3 *kick* *punch* *get pregnant* didn't expect that combo
hahaha xD this is mma not muay thai! gotta work that takedown defense! ;)
All the best for you Dominik!
I remembered the days when you trained with your little cat :)
It is both really fun seeing you back Dominik and to see you in this new phase of your life and training - because you enjoy what you're doing, and you're passionate about. As a long time fan, I would rather you do what you love and post videos about that, as opposed to forcing yourself to do keep doing something you've been doing for years, just because people expect that from you.
It's always fun to see someone who is passionate and excited about what they're doing - especially a long-time veteran like you who has been posting since like 2010. Most people in your position get bored and keep posting/doing the same stuff over and over, but you've found something new. I wish you good luck in your training journey, and I'm excited for more martial arts/ calisthenics videos from you!
What a beautiful advice! Thank you so much for such kind words! =)
Welcome back..u inspired me to start my own chanel
Nice to see u back... Congrats for all the trainning u did for fight... Amazing dude..
Welcome back my friend
Dominik is like Pythagoras but in Calisthenics 😇
