Its amazing to listen to this, almost a validation for me. Just yesterday I was talking to someone from a completely different religious background about what I have been experiencing in the last 6/7 years and that it is so hard to put in words at times these symptoms...and surprisingly they understood every single word coming out of me. I could just feel how much unsaid was suddenly at ease within me. There was no common vocabulary between us but just sharing of a calm energetic vibe. The only way to slow down the pace and make sense out of kundalini rising while appearing' 'sensible and normal' to the rest of the world...is to retreat, every now and then. The process requires so much slowing down , absorbing, releasing and purging, it is physically exhausting a times. No words can articulate the internal churn- its like one cannot relate to the world at all. Is that is how it is meant to be for evone or some have more drains to unclog than others?
And you are right - that sweet spot, the middle one is the resting of the pendulum is where we need to be - neither a spiritual warrior advocating n glorifying oneself ( unless defending oneself from an energy vampire) nor an elite empath trying to prove how insensitive the world has been to them,...for both states carry un-neutralised emotional charge. So many people have YT channels sharing a daily dairy of their journey and it makes little or no sense letting the world participate in one's ripening process....no different than sharing what one had for lunch or dinner and wanting a reaction for it !

Igor , I had a kundalini awakening about 2 years ago . It was activated through sexual transmutation ( orgasm in and up the spine ) i felt great for 6-7 months after, until one day I felt it latch onto my crown chakra which then began a lot of high intensity energy , and was basically bed ridden due to feeling acid brain . I feel better but feel stuck energy in the skull , that moves about and causes pressure . My diet has changed , I was also on Pretty heavy RX medication and got off all of that . My biggest shock was seeing how western medicine posions us & how unconscious I was to that prior to my awakening. Taking our power back from these external systems that promote self destruction is key . I’d love ur advice on anything I can do to help the kundalini / block come out of the head fully.

It is quite natural how it all started with your Kundalini activity, also it is not unknown that people with those energetic in nature symptoms are misdiagnosed by medics nowadays and treated for whatever they feel like.
Since you reached out, you perhaps feel some resonance with Igor’s teaching, maybe clarification is needed or you seek guidance in your process. You can start by simply checking in for the coming online darshan with Igor where you could ask him a question directly.
