    Thank you Igor - and dear questioner - I can relate a lot. Will let you know how I proceeded and what helped me. I also started to eat before sleep food that is Melatonin rich. And yes I want to encourage and calm you - its true - it calms itself - my question too is if there is a tendency towards overthinking which I had a lot - in my case I could find out that the mind overthinks as if there is a mental wound. If you let your mind and in my case its also the subtle body around me know that all is fine it settles down. It too helped me to breath in deeply on the count between 6-8, hold it for some seconds and let it flow out for several times. Take care - be kind to you- let yourself rest in the heart of hearts :)!

    I too live lika a yogi. 😊 9 months old child making noises while I meditate and try to let go.. it is a real challenge. It really desturbes my sadhana, but it also feels like this is a path that is given. No way it could be otherwise at this moment in time. I have to be humble, child also provides me with joy and love that wasn’ t there before.

      I guarantee you-Caring for your youngster IS your sadhana. Your evolution is taken care of in service to your child.

    As a person blessed with a dominant kapha constitution.... I really feel for the vata dominant people. They have it rough, but out of the box they have a much faster initiation into spirituality

    Thank you for this I i needed to hear this message. I now feel more grounded knowing I'm getting rest just not what I've been taught in the west. I'm thinking I might be experiencing some kind of krya movement in my legs when trying to fall asleep. It feels like an electrical current movement in both my legs but just at the calfs. It doesn't happen every night. I dontvyet think I have experienced full kundalini. I have been listening to you since co vid. I'll my reading of the scriptures makes perfect since now. I still have a long way to go to fully experience bliss but thank you for your teachings your hard work your teams hard work and the love you have given all of us.

    Great info.
    Yoga Nidra helps me a lot. It's also suppose to be a gateway to Samadhi.

      @@tbaggin7432 I'm not a teacher. Just Google yoga nidra videos. It's effortless to just listen.

      @@tbaggin7432 I benefited from one vid called Yoga Nidra for Grounding Vata Dosha (which I also have). If it doesn't put my body and mind to sleep (which happens on occasion) it definitely let's my nervous system rest deeply while in non-sleep....it's just as good or better than sleep when that happens.
      Valerian I also take at night.
