12 Month Old Rides Strider Bike // Boise Greenbelt

Just 1 week after we got Brady his first Strider balance bike, we took it off the rocker base and are getting him use to pushing. He can barely touch the ground so I think we'll have to wait a little longer until he can stand flat footed.

What's up everyone!? So stoked to have you here at the Active Dad community! My name is Jimmy and I have an amazing wife named Meg. We live in Arizona with our son, Brady, that was born in January of 2020. He such a sweet, happy boy and has learned a lot already. We got him a helmet to fix plagiocephaly around 5-1/2 helmets so be sure to follow along with his progress! My wife and I are both very active people who love camping, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding and many others. Probably the thing that I'm most excited about with being a parent, is teaching my kids about all the fun activities there are to do in this world that I love.

How much time did your baby use the rocking bas? Mine is just 9 months and I don't know if buy it or wait until he is 12 months. I already have the bike

I now have a 14 month old and loves the rocker base. The bike just sits in the living room and he goes over to it every day rocking. It’s comparable to a rocking horse which kids love but obviously better
