- I told her I was going to buy a motorcycle to take on teardrop camping trips. She said no way unless she gets one too. Well, here we go! 2023 is already shaping up to be our best year for teardrop camping yet. Our camper will be our basecamp as we explore our surroundings and campgrounds.

Happy for you two! Such a cool thing you are doing together!
Thanks Greg!
Former 2nd gen. KLR pilot here myself. Put 34,000 miles on her and then eventually got a first gen. Versys 650. Nice to hear the "chucka-chucka-chucka" again from a KiLLer.
Ooooooh that CT125 is perfection. The best trail bike, period.
Always wanted a dual sport, personally I lean towards the TW200, but that Trail 125 is a close second. Looks like they'll be perfect companions to your teardrop too.
We looked at the TW also. They’re a solid bike. They’re getting hard to find.
I got one a few weeks ago. The wife saw me having so much fun she went and got one this past weekend.
Nice!!
That Apache case from HF on the back looks good.
I was cracking up she looked over the bow more than the bike lol
Lol! The bow left glitter on the seat and she loved it. I thought she’d clean it off, but no.
@@CampandCamera You'll be finding it for two months lol
Nice choice of bikes! I am looking forward to seeing the camping / motorcycle adventures going forward.
We’re so excited about it!
I just went from a cruiser to a 150cc Scooter. Ain't put to many miles on it yet, but looking forward to warmer weather here in the Eastern part of Middle Tennessee. Be safe and enjoy !
You did really good on the bow !! My mom use to make them in the 60's.
That's REALLY 👍 NICE GOING TO ALL THE TROUBLE ..NOT MANY CARE ENOUGH
. KEEP IT UP.. GREAT JOB
I’m a new rider too! You go girl! I also started by taking the class. Then I bought the Honda Navi which, like yours, does not have a clutch which gives me one less thing to juggle while getting used to driving in traffic. Your bike is beautiful! Mine is smaller; I’m only 5’3”.
Australian postal service use them for delivering mail all across Australia. They also have a cult following here, and once a year, they do a "trip to the Cape" which is an off-road adventure.
That sounds like a fabulous trip!

Oh no, I'm in a cult haha!
What a perfect Christmas present! Go the mighty CT125!
LETS INVENT A FOLABLE CYCLE CARRIER SND HITCH🥳❄️
Be safe out there...
Will do, thank you!
These things are hard to get. Have been waiting on a list for awhile
We got super lucky finding one.
Really excited to see what wonderful trips you go on….
You have to get the no clutch feel just right but you can get used to it.
@2:48, nothing it means you are both well rounded people who dont let others define you :)
I'm hoping to start a build this spring if things work out and hope to be at one of the meet up's by the end of the year.
I love the pink accents on your gear! I rode a motorcycle a few times with my brothers when I was young. The clutch is tricky. Not sure I’d remember how now!
I’d say you’d remember. It’s just like riding a bicycle, well, a motorcycle. Lol!
Happy for you and excited to see the new vlogs!
Yes! Been waiting a year for a adv150,get it this week.but on the list for the monkey,I may keep both or trade it in.
We looked hard at the ADV150. It’s about 10mph or so faster which would be great for the highway. She may still end up with one at some point. Enjoy!
How about ideas on how to build a fold up motorcycle carrier for 1 2 small 125cc 225cc gotta be some ideas out there?? Modern inventions for traveling..
Cut my teeth on a Honda trail 70. Rode the handlebars off that thing… literally! Dad still has a an old trail 90 and 110 he picked up a long time ago for the exact same reason… shorts rides for her and mom while out in the Airstream. Enjoy!
It sounds like you made many great memories on that bike!
Love this, really looking forward to more moto vids. I really really really like the ct125. Had i more room in my wallet and garage I'd have it too. But my wife is like 5' even and it might be too tall for her. how does it suit yours? I have different bike about every year, currently Ural sidecar rig that will likely stay another season, maybe Sportster for the wife next year. Thanks for sharing, enjoy, and cheers!
She’s not flat-footed, but not full-on tiptoe either. We saw an aftermarket seat that lowers it about an inch, but she’s still doing stock.
My wife and I ride both ride, we have 2 Harley Davidsons. I would like to share some pictures with you if you're interested
Do you have it figured out how you will stow the bikes in the teardrop? 😆
Lol!
How on earth did you land the Trail 125 - around here they are still unobtainium. Nobody has them…..
We literally called the local cycle shop and they said they had one. We swung by and bought it. We were told we pretty much hit the lottery on that one!
Got it - I have been looking for one - for a while here they won’t even put you on a waiting list as Honda is giving the dealers little info. Sad!!!!
Those Honda 125 are to find ?
Fairly hard to find.
I’m a little confused… no more teardrop ?
Teardrop and motorcycles both.
Great ! So the bikes 🏍️ will be in the back of the truck?
They will. We’ve hauled them individually in the truck already, but think they’ll both go in also.
@@CampandCamera … when we go camping, two things are a must… the teardrop and the tandem bike.
👍😎🏍
It's weird Honda Yamaha Kawasaki all have built cycles since ww1 ALL MIGHTY FINE BIKES FIRST I OWNED WAS A SUZKI, YAMAHA THEY TAUGHT ME TO DRIVE ON BACK LOT BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID OF YHE POWER' OF CARS .AND DAMAGE THEY COULD DO ..EVEN BOUGHT MY FIRST VET6Y OWN CHRISTMAS TREE AND BROUGHT IT HOME ON THE BACK OF MY MOTOR CYCLE IN THE SNOW ❄️❄️❄️ BUT I DIGRESS.MOTOR CYCLE HAVE BEEN THE PERFECT MACHINE RELIABLE,TRUSTWORTHY. ,AND THEY LAST AND LAST SO I WAS GOING TO COMMENT 10 STARS TO MOTOR CYCLES!!! BUILT SO MUCH BETTER SO MUVH MORE RELIABLE AND DURABLE AND TUFF THAN FORD TRUCK, CHRYSLERS AND OTHER AUTOMOBILES THAT CAN NOT MATCH THE RELIABILITY OF CYCLES👁️👁️👉👉NOT SAY THAT CHRYSLER AND FORD CIST 10 X THE PRICE CYCLE . BUT CAN NOT NOT MATCH YHE RELIABI6 OF MOTOR CYCLE BUILDERS KEEP UP THE.. GREAT WORK!! YOU PUT AUTO MAKERS TO 👉👉👉👉SHAME!
