You are simply amazing. All I can say is WOW!!! So talented. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so very much! That is really sweet of you!! 🤗❤️❤️
Great cards and I love those beads.
Thanks so much Ruth! The beads are surprisingly fun and I still wear them! 😄❤️
So cool! Great use for the unused return address labels in packages instead of getting dog hair off😂
Thank you so much! It’s just really satisfying to use up those scraps! 😄❤️❤️
The bead idea with UTI on them... I never would have thought of that. Brilliant. And I look for any way to use UTI because that big jar of it will last my lifetime. LOL
I know exactly what you mean about that giant jar of UTEE! 😂. It’s always a relief to find a way to use it. It did blow all over the place I have to say when I used it on the beads, so maybe use it in a box or something. 😄❤️❤️
Your channel showed on my feed and I’m happy it did. I saw your video on how to use printed paper and scraps with the white paper scraps which we all have many! Your cards are lovely and I will casing a few. TFS! ❤️🇨🇦
Thank you again! I hope you have fun making them and that you’re able to use up some of your scraps. I always find that so satisfying to see my scrap pile go down in volume! 😂❤️
Love the jewelry! TFS
Thank you Kathryn! That jewellery is a really fun idea and I had one person reply that she made it back when she was young, around 60 years ago! 😄❤️
Interesting use of scraps! Thank you.

Thank you Kathy! I’m also trying to work through all my scraps and declutter my craft room. It’s a long process! 😄❤️

Simply beautiful...
Oh wow!!! I love this way to use scraps. I have so many. Today's project is to make beads. You are always such an inspiration. Thank you for your videos. I am always excited when I see you have posted a new one. I have tried so many of your ideas.
Thank you so very much Jane for that lovely comment! I’m glad I may have given you some inspiration and I must admit, the beads are really fun! But I’m looking into a tool to use, as I do want to make some for gifts, and that was a finger workout! 😂💕💕
@@KarensKardzz I see what you mean by sore fingers. I lasted for 4 beads before I went searching for my quilling tool. It works great and makes the beads much easier and faster. My problem is cutting the paper. I am using a guillotine cutter and the paper shifts but I use the pieces anyway and they seem OK. I have a lot more beads to make before I have enough for a necklace. It is so much fun.
I’m so glad you’re enjoying the beads Jane! It’s really fun to see them come together and I think the less uniform they are, the better. I’m glad you’ve got a quilling tool to use too. I ordered one off Amazon and it makes a world of difference. 😄💕💕
You produce wonderful videos! Your card/color/design ideas are unique and so creative. Your encouragement is genuine and the directions are paced beautifully with written cues to help any crafter watching be able to reproduce your efforts. Thank you SO much for the time and effort you expend for those of of us, who for the most part, I imagine you will never see. It is such blessing to be the recipient of so much crafting goodness. I know your subscribers appreciate you enormously - and I'm one of them. Just sayin' !!!
OMGosh Laurel, that is just the kindest, sweetest comment! You have made my day! Just a great BIG thank you from the bottom of my heart. It would be so much more fun to craft together, but I suppose this is the next best thing. 😄🤗❤️❤️
Great video...I have tons of scraps!!
Thank you so much Cheri! I still have tons of scraps even though I’ve been working to use them up. I think they multiply when I’m not looking! 😂💕💕
Love your cards! I always need ideas how to use pattern paper scraps.
Super big thanks Michelle! I’m still in need of more ways to use up my scraps, especially those pesky white cardstock ones- they’re multiplying in my craft room! 😂💕💕
I made thilose paper beads when I was young, and even then, I didn't find them too inspiring, but with the embossing enamel and rainbow colors that is a surprisingly pretty necklace! My thought was that you might be able to take greeting cards and make some beads, so that you can have a keepsake from a special event, but not have to keep a whole pile of cards. Thanks for all the inspiration! I also like the idea of the micro beads in the grout! I bought a bunch of them a while ago and haven't been brave enough to break them out yet. 😅
Thank you so much Ann and that is a brilliant idea to use the greeting cards! The embossing powder really does give it a nice shine but I may try the Distress Resist spray as that would be even easier to do. I hope you give the micro beads a go too. 😄❤️❤️
LOVE those cards…I love scrap cards…they’re so fun to make. 💕
Thank you so much Cindy! I also like making scrap cards - there’s something that is just so satisfying in seeing those little scrap pieces being turned into a whole card. 😊💕💕
Oh my goodness, I am so glad I found your channel!! I absolutely love every project you demonstrated! I subscribed before the video was over 😀
Thank you so much Heather for your comment and for subscribing! I really do appreciate it. 😊💕💕
Great ideas using up scraps. I’ll bet your fingers were very sore after rolling all those beads! You must have a lot of patience, I’m not sure I could stick with it long enough to make enough beads for a bracelet, much less the necklace! They turned out great though so good on you💕
Thank you so much Teresa! I was surprised how much fun it was to make the necklace (just not the sore fingers), and I’m planning on making some for gifts now. So I may invest in a paper bead roller! 😂. I hope you have a great weekend! 🤗❤️
Love this. Im newish to paper crafts Many decades with art. Jewelry too. Now a combination ❤
Thank you so much Natalie! And I hope you enjoy your adventures in paper crafting - I’m sure you’ll be great at it given your background! 😄💕💕
Now THESE are ideas for scraps I'll actually use!
Thank you Jean! It’s such an ongoing “problem” for all of us! 😂 I do have another video coming out on Thursday with some more ideas for using those scraps if you’re interested. 😄💕💕
Hooray, another use for that extra thick embossing powder. Love those beads. Great idea!
Thank you so much Loretta! I loved making those beads too. 😄💕💕
Wow, great ideas, and love the beads! They are really gorgeous and you’d never believe they were paper!
Thank you so much Susan! Those beads surprised me too and they are really pretty. 😄💕💕
Karen just came across your channel and I'm so glad. Your tutorials are so articulate and informative. I appreciate your time and effort. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us.
Thank you so much Stella! I’m glad you’re here and I really appreciate your taking the time to leave such a kind comment! 💕💕
Very nice ideas using stripes, I'll do a couple. Now about those neckless beads: do you know how old it is??? I'm 76 happy years old, and I did them when I was in my early teens, in a different country, you figure it out when, LOL. We did not have DSP so we used the colorful pages of old magazines and were happy to wear them. Thanks for bringing back happy memories and inspirational video.
Oh Marina, that was so fun to hear about how you made those beads when you were younger! It’s funny how these things come and go in life, but if they come back, they must be good! 😄❤️❤️
@@KarensKardzz - absolutely, good things never go away without a trace.
Loooove this Karen! I'm ALWAYS looking for ways to use up those endless paper scraps that I absolutely can not throw away hahaha! Thank you for a great video full of great ideas. Much love Jane xxx
Thank you so much Jane! I’m always amazed at how I enjoy the scrap cards as much or more, than the ones made from all my new toys! And I also can’t seem to throw away any of my scraps. 😄💕💕
@@KarensKardzz 😍🥰🤩😘
Love this video! Never knew what to make with my scraps but now I do!! Thank you!
You are so sweet Karen! Thank you so much for all your kind comments! 😊❤️❤️
love the paper bead necklace! So creative!!
Thank you so much! I was really surprised by those beads too. Some of the ugliest patterned paper made beautiful beads so it was really fun to do. 😄❤️
OMGosh these cards are super great ! Who’da thought you could make these lovely cards from scraps ? I’m so,impressed 😊🇨🇦
Thank you so much Brenda! I have to confess, there’s just something that’s all the more satisfying, when you make cards from those leftovers! 😄❤️
Very clever with using scraps to make beads! TFS
Thank you so much Sue! I love that way to use up scraps and there are lots of videos on RUclips with more ways to create beads. Lots of fun! 😄💕💕
Awesome ideas!! Love the necklace and bracelet set!
Thank you so much Donna! And I was thrilled when those turned out too - such a fun idea to use up some papers! 😄💕💕
Thank you for referring me to this video, after I commented on your other video on using scraps. This one on using patterned paper scraps is just as inspiring. You do fabulous videos with so many great ideas! Greatly appreciate you!
Thank you so very much Carlos! That’s really kind of you! 😊💕💕
Great ideas for using scraps. I really like the micro beads and plan to try it, as I have some in my stash. The final cards are so elegant. Love them all. Thanks
Thank you so much! I like the micro beads too - the texture is really fun. 😊💕💕
Yes!! Love this video, I save every piece of paper and also sort them by color and theme for patterned paper 😂 I do use them to collage with and paper piecing. Love the addition of the embossing powder❤️
Thank you so much! That’s a good idea to use the paper for collages too as I might get through more of my scraps that way! 😂💕💕
Wow! What an inspiration. Those cards are so pretty. I love your ideas with the micro beads in-between the scraps. And Bravo on the paper beaded necklace, bracelet set.
Thank you so much Karen! I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed making the jewellery! It’s a really fun way to use up those scraps. 😄💕💕
Awesome video Karen!! Great tips for all those scraps I’m hoarding!! Love those beads!!! Thanks for sharing!!❤️❤️
Thank you so much Donna! I too have been hoarding my scraps as you could see. 😂💕💕
Lovely cards and beautiful jewelry! ❤👍
Thank you so very much! The jewellery was a fun, new adventure for sure. 😄💕💕
You grabbed me at the get go….. problem is I can’t get staff to get me up 11-40 pm lol 😂 I’ll have to smile sweetly at my staff to get my pain meds early then get up and give it a go…… thank you so much.
😂😂 Well, I hope you have fun with it once you do get up! 😊💕
Great ideas and beautiful cards. Thanks for inspiring us ❤
Thank you so much Thomas! 💕💕
Again such awesome ideas, Karen! I learned a lot, thanks so much for sharing 🙏❤
Thank you so much Karina! I’m so glad you may have found a little inspiration. 😊❤️❤️
Wonderful, love your very special creativeness! Super pretty scrap ideas. ❤
Thank you so very much Anne! That’s really kind of you! 💕💕🤗
Oh what fun! You always have such clever ideas. I especially love the micro beads on the card panels and the paper beads you made. So pretty. What did you string your beads on and how did you finish off the necklace and bracelet?
Thanks so much Teresa! I used some nylon thread to string the beads and just knotted it going around and through the end bead. I probably knotted it about 3-4 times as I was terrified it would come loose! 😂. For the bracelet, I used some elastic beading thread so there’s no clasp on it.
Very well done video. New subscriber...❤️
Thank you so much Brenda for both your kind comment and for subscribing! I appreciate it very much! 💕💕
Will this work with glitter as well?
Hi Lulu, it will definitely work with glitter. 😄💕💕
It was Gina K
Was it Gina that made that card fold? I had it in my mind it was a Stampin Up person. Thank you though if it was Gina!
I should have added that I saw Gina do that in a video last year, so you could be right.
