Jesus, these guys made a 50 minute star wars film on a low budget that had me more engaged than the sequels. I would pay to see this in a theater. Great work!

When Lucas created the original trilogy he was able to capture this incredible spirit that you could feel throughout the films. It was because of his passion that the audience could literally feel everything he was trying to say within his films. His passion can only be recreated by fans who are equally as passionate and you showed that in this incredible film.

I know I'm partial because it's my Babygirl playing Mara Jade, but this movie is great. I've watched it 4 times and will likely watching it 100 times more. Just like all the other Star Wars' movies. Excellent job all involved. Ken, Nathan, and all the actors and crew. Bravo Zulu!

This gives an excellent perspective of life from a stormtrooper's point of view. Nicely done and well edited. So interesting that they identify as serial numbers before their own names.
Feels like you plucked Kanan straight out of the cartoon, he was spot on! A shame he didn’t have Hera come pick him up but hopefully a part 2 will introduce a live Ghost crew. By the way, Vader was on point, the look, the mannerisms and the voice! Superb. A well above average fan film. Thoroughly engrossing.
Man, the beginning with the poor, outnumbered stormtroopers and then the aftermath was heartbreaking! And the actor who played Kannan was spot-on. That was perfect. I suspected the young woman was Mara; it was awesome to have this confirmed. This was really well done. Thank you!

FANtastic ;) I think that the acting of our heroes could use a little coaching but the story and shots were excellent. It even had the right amount of cheese! I really enjoyed this film and am glad teams like this are keeping the Star Wars stories alive while big cinema is doing everything it can to kill it.
Awesome flick, especially how Wells portrayed the insecurity of Jarrus gave so much depth to lone warrior he is. Also a young Mara Jada! Such a badass!
Guys this was awesome. I’ve only just touched on Mara Jade in my Star Wars journey, so to see some of her origins is fantastic. The acting was good, and the special effects were ok as were the settings for the cinematography, however there were a few scenes that could of been directed better, but people have to remember that this is a fan made film and doesn’t have the multi-million dollar backing that the latest trilogy has and to do what you have done is awe inspiring. A big thumbs up to all involved, well done👍🏻
We had very little money and it is a charity film. We went old school with the effects and techniques using the models instead of just using CGI. Thank you for the kind words.

I've loved Star Wars passionately for as long as I can remember. I first read Zahn's Heirs to the Empire trilogy in my teens and loved it, and Star Wars Rebels has to be my favorite Star Wars, since the originals. So yeah, this is a real trifactor of a win for me. For a fan film it was done extremely well, and is more true to the source material than any of the Disney movies could even dream to be. Anyway, well done and great to see that there are still some real Star Wars fans who care about the story, and not just about subverting expectations (with Luke milking space-cows) and making a name for themselves on somebody else's achievement without any real appreciation for what Star Wars is really all about.

I gotta say i just started watching without having any info goin in and wow soon as kanan shows up in the shot i instantly knew it was kanan and got reap pumped. Love seeing his character excuted so well with wearing the storm trooped armor disguise and infiltrate the enemy. Its like and episode right out of rebels. Well done

My condolences to Phillip Parks, the boy is a hero for going through what he did, and for inspiring others to bring about this gem of a film. May all children be healed from the terrible disease that is cancer.
WOW. Just WOW. I love how the story brings together so much of the Star Wars universe. Kaanan from Rebels, Mara Jade from the books, Capt Corey from Clone Wars(I think). The addition of Saxon was a nice touch. BTW, who couldn't get invested in the bit of humanity between the stormtroopers? Especially Corey and Saxon. EVERYONE got fleshed out a bit. Damn good writing. Mara's transition from "innocent kid" to merciless force assassin and spy was really well acted too.This is the kind of storytelling that pulls an audience into a movie. I really wish Disney had looked at the hundreds of Star Wars books and comics published over the years to help them put together a new storyline rather the uninspiring, disjointed mishmash that they came up with. All said, this is a well acted original story that meshes well with Canon, and is done in a manner that really grabs hold of you. Great job!!!
