    KSA or DIE.
    If you’re a government worker or a veteran that has applied for a government job your qualifications are based upon
    KSA = Knowledge, Skills, Ability.
    DIE = Diversity, Inclusion, Equity (Equity is not the same as Equality) does nothing to prove an individual’s
    Knowledge, Skills and Ability to do the job.
    If a company feels compelled to add a DIE hiring manager or change their company logo to rainbow colors to pander to the LGBTQ group or DIE group, it’s perceived as patronizing and thus that company may have had prior discriminatory hiring practices.
    Bottom line…any public or private company that discriminates against a person’s race, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, economic status, veteran status or disability is in violation of State and Federal employment laws.
    KSA or DIE. Teach your children well.

      This is the truth and I’m glad you’re saying this. DIE is an nasty industry that is destroying institutions and companies from inside out.

    The presenter contradicted herself. She advises the audience to “don’t take anything personally” which is good advice. But then she asks the audience to recall how they suffered from microaggressions, to be sensitive to microaggressions and to confront people by asking, ‘what do you mean by that?’ But if you don’t take things personally, you won’t recognize things as microaggressions.
    The sentence, “oh here comes trouble” can have many different meanings and it is up to you to interpret that meaning. Maybe someone was joking around or being witty. Maybe they feel comfortable around you. Isn’t it healthier to give people the benefit of the doubt by interpreting those sentences in ways that empower, build trust and friendship? Why do you have to automatically assume the worst in people by accusing them of microaggressions? This lady fosters ingratitude by asking the audience to recall and notice microaggressions. She promotes conflict, division and mistrust by suggesting that you subtly interrogate people by asking “what do you mean by that”. In the real world aggression is so rare that people have to look in the micro-realm to find it. Be grateful that society has stamped out much oppression. But only ingrates go searching around in cracks for microaggressions. Now let's define what DEI actually means.
    Diversity: Only including like-minded comazaars who merely look different.
    Equity: Using present discrimination to make up for past discrimination.
    Inclusion: Suppressing free speech to create safe spaces that make people feel welcome.

    Why does DIE in practice lack inclulsivity to such an extent?
    The aim of diversity is mirror the community. Yet so few measures do. For example in my commu ity 33% of the population are either under 16 or over 65. Both these communities are excluded from the workforce! So much for DIE!
