I can see where your coming from with wanting it to be fully adapted but it would feel weird to have Apocalypse be the villain for 2 or 3 episodes then go to Baston for a season finale. Along with when doing X-Men projects you kinda have to build up Apocalypse considering he's basically the Thanos to the X-Men which he was in the original show but to my knowledge not a whole lot maybe 1 or 2 fights vs the X-Men but that was it

There are 2 possibilities Coming from This 1. The X Men in 3000 B.C May Turn Apocalypse Good and Create a Branch Reality where He is a Good Guy, Or B. The X Men may Plant Some Seeds of Good In Apocalypse because They Saved him and Will Help him in the Past against Whoever he is Fighting also Professor X Connecting with Apocalypse Mind Could of Helped with all that. So If They get Back to the Future They may be able to Talk him Down and Possibly make Apocalypse a Defector Just Like Magneto.
