Not sure I would pick this one up but I appreciate the demo just the same. It was a good honest review that we have come to expect from your channel. Keep it up brother!
The cab sim is awful on this unit. I never use it. I do exactly what you did with the a mid-driver after it. Thanks for posting relevant material my friend. Every other review plays blues soloing, metal chugging, metal soloing and it just drives me nuts. There are more genres out there and you played some. Ty ty ty ty!
I've used this on my board for the last couple years, I love it. In no particular order: Overdrive pedals x 2, flanger, compressor (as preamp mostly) , delay and reverb in the loop, out to 1x12 cab. At church it's miced up, but at the college campus ministry it's just straight amp volume. No problem ever with not being loud enough. Use the 2 channel volume for either clean sound boost or lead boost if needed. Nice review!!
I have one of these and it's great - except for the headphone out. Like quite a few people, I get a ridiculous amount of electrical whine/swooshing noises. Real shame as I'd hoped to use it as a headphone amp at the end of the pedal board but it's totally unusable for this. Funny that you don't have the same issue beyond the fuzz - perhaps a faulty run of units?
Nice job being honest and straight forward about the things you didn't dig about it, my band mate got one of these and we didn't love it. My band mate changes his sound every two months. So, you know. Still - nice playing. Pat Finnerty would not approve of your use of the song kryptonite by 3 doors down but you get a pass because it's a gear demo.
Can get much more clean volume using a clean boost in the loop at the end of your chain. Using it this way will get you as much volume as cranked dirty. I have had mine for a few years now and i always keep a clean boost in the loop at the end just for getting more volume at clean settings. Great pedal platform.
Yes you can but you don't hook it up to the speaker output you hook it up from the orange send to the return of your amp(it says in the manual that you do not have to have a load on the orange terror stamp).. it also says that the effects send is a line out....**But if you use the speaker out make sure you use speaker cable and connect it to a cabinet
Yes. You can use the preamp FX send to another amp or power amp section. You could also use another preamp and plug into the FX return and use the Orange power amp section but not preamp. Pretty cool.
Sorry for your loss, Jason.
I just got one used, I plug it into my champion 40, and my Joyo American goes into the effects loop and it works really well.
It is killer. I love that little thing.
Best review I have seen on these pedal amps. Thanks! Appreciate the sentiment at the end as well. 🥹🙏🏻
Thanks man

Great Vid. Thanks for reminding me I need to take this out of the Box and use the damn thing
Great review!

Can I plug it into a Power IN input?, I am afraid that if I plug it in it burns my amp, so, how can I use it in my comboamp?
Great video btw.
I'd check with Orange, you don't want risk damaging your amp.
How loud is the cleanish headroom? Looking to use as a clean amp platform with pedals
Pretty loud, this thing has some juice.

My condolences bro.
@@mikeroadblock thanks ❤️🔥
Can i use this through the return of an amp? Using a laney solid state amp with 1x10 speaker.
No, because it needs to power a speaker. It would be like putting an amp head in your fx loop.
I actually think you can, if u use the sent of the effects loop on the terror stamp. i'm not sure, I don't have an terror stamp so I haven't tried.

Why does your name have a hyphen in it?
@An2oine Because in my country people don't understand last names that aren't hyphenated. They think my first last name is my middle name.
