You’ve GOT THIS!!! I’m going through chemo for stage 3 breast cancer. I have 12 more rounds to go and I believe a positive attitude is getting me through this journey.
Every year they are coming out with new meds and eventually a vaccine for BC and MBC.
I look forward to doing some of your classes.
    God Bless Warrior Sister💗

Your videos are so helpful to me. I found my lump January 23. Had lumpectomy, they took out a lymph node . The margins were clear. Had chemo and radiation. On anastrozole. My oncotype score was 51, I just went for my 1st mammogram and mri since treatment and they saw something on my chest wall. Went back for an mri guided biopsy and they couldn't do it because of the location of the questionable area. They want to wait 6 months and do another mri to see if it has changed. I don't want to wait that long to find out. Maybe 2 or 3 months. kind of scary.

Thank you for the recap of your journey. I’m early in my diagnosis. 12/22/23 found out I had stage 2 invasive lobular carcinoma. Lumpectomy on 2/12/24. Oncotype score of 8. Marginas all clear. Will start 4 weeks of radiation soon and then tamoxifen after that. I am also keto - trying to move to pescatarian keto. I learn from watching others videos and since we’re the same age and somewhat similar cancer stories I learn a lot from you. Thank you for posting these.

Sending you much love and blessings Natasha! I’m in San Francisco, so near you I think, and starting radiation soon! I also had a lumpectomy for Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, stage 1A, and awaiting Oncotype score as well. Anyways, you are in my prayers 🙏!

You look so great! Thanks for the update. I am in remission. Left breast had Stage 1 Grade 1 , small .4mm lobular and stage 0, 2mm DCIS rt breast. Had dbl mast 5/23. Was wondering, I thought all DCIS was stage 0 cancer? Cancer still inside the duct and had not invaded breast tissue? Wishing you well. Love your sweet dog. Praying they will get the meds sorted soon.

    • @NatashaFitnessYogaPilates

Hi Natasha, how do you deal with the fear? I just got my stage 4 MBC diagnosis a few weeks ago and I am soooooooo terrified! I started on Ribococlib (plus Fulvestrant plus Enantone) recently. I am soooooo afraid! My psychological quality of live is really bad at the moment. I am desparately looking for encouraging stories, especially from long term MBC survivors. Unfortunately there are only a few that I can find on the internet. ---- The challenges to cope with this are so hard!!! --- If anyone who reads this has a hopeful story please share it with me. Thank you!!!

I’m so sorry you are going through that. I hope there is someone you can talk to about it. For me, I don’t really worry because so far I feel really good and I’m doing everything I can do be healthy and the rest, unfortunately, is out of my hands. Wishing you all the best 🫶🙏🏼🫶

I can really recommend it. --- Would be glad to read from you again, Natasha.

    Natasha
Eco light is a company who looks at bone density and bone quality health. Bone quality health is a better measure of bone health. An Italian study of over 5,000 participants showed those with better bone quality had less fractures. The beauty of eco light is it is an ultrasound, no radiation, therefore you can have the ultrasound multiple times. This is something we have in Australia.
Good luck with it all and thanks for sharing.
Happy to reach out one on one currently NED, main therapies are repurposing drugs, HBOT, IV treatments and will be starting mistletoe injections. I’m on letrozole and am also ER/PR/AR+

its so hard b/c estrogen gives you so many benefits but not when you have cancer.. .I'm glad you are doing well and still have a wonderful kick ass attitude. I have to look out myself. My mom had it twice post menopause and my 2 girl cousins both got br ca stage 0/1 early 50's. I take hormones still for the benefits but do get mammograms... I'm 49 so i'll be watching. Hi Natasha my story is almost identical to your story. I love your positive hopeful attitude..inspires me. I'm currently on verzenio which is known to be easier than kisqali on neutrophils. I've been on 150mg 2× daily for 5 weeks. So far blood work is good. Verzenio does have gastrointestinal side effects which aren't fun but supposed to even out after a few months. Maybe you could give it a try? Wishing you complete remission and good health❤
