You sound like a you are here to make a buck. I am a cancer Survivor and please don't speak like you are the all knowing .
Thank you

Thank you
2014 Cancer survivor here - My opinion: Only eat 2 meals a day, within 6 hours of each other. go light on carbs, almost no sweets, plenty of veggies, some healthy meat/fish protein, and some fruits. You can blow it one day each week. And definitely add one or two raw garlic cloves every evening and drink some ginger juice everyday also. Stay active, jog or swim or cycle. I hope this helps.
“Plenty of veggies” is HIGH carbs. Do your research: Complex vs Simple carbohydrates.
@Travel Guy
I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. Instead of ginger juice, could I drink the tumeric and ginger tea?
@@amya9597 Hey Amy - I think ground up ginger in a blender is better than ginger tea because you get a lot more of the whole ginger than in tea. And I don't know if tumeric is effective against cancer. Look up more info about tumeric. This is just my non-medical opinion. Best wishes!
@@travelguy1564
Thanks for the info! From the videos and readings I have come across, Turmeric is great for cancer. I add 1 teaspoon daily to my smoothie. 😊
Which cancer was it ? And which stage
Everybody should do this not just cancer survivors
True.. after you’re finished with chemotherapy you’re on your own. They won’t give you a nutritional guidelines or detailed guide on what to eat daily or not to eat. It’s like an unfinished business. You need to do your own homework to survive. I’m glad I did my own homework and I’m blessed im still alive it’s been 12 years past🙏
Deed it seems international Standart, I i saw many flaws in the therapy program they set up the same high risk to not see that the cancer has mutated and, but more issues in theyr process.
I just wanted to say that beans, chickpeas and lentils are excellent sources of protein and fiber and can easily be added to any meal including salads.
Dr. Paul Haider (RUclips) follows this diet plus fruits as a vegan. Has written a book also.
Thank you very much ,very inspiring for cancer survivor like me, I eat same food your eating even before I watch your video, so amazing!but I want more info from you for continues healing, been 9 years since my first diagnosed and 5 years since the second. God bless all the cancer survivors! We can do it.
2024 Cancer survivor, thank u so much for this video 💗💖💜🎉🎉🎉
Going KEYO worked for me as a cancer survivor and you are satiated. No carbs - wheat, flour etc.. No sugar - no chocolate. No junk food or snacks. I also lean towards organic. I eat lots of cruciferous vegetables. I usually eat two meals a day. If I am not hungry, I don't eat. I often go one meal a day and occasionally fast. I would NEVER recommend a plant based diet - you need meat for protein - beef (steak) and seafood (Salmon, sardines etc.). Eggs are excellent too - pasture raised. I have cancer in remission in two locations so I did my homework on this. Also there are herbs that are anti cancer like curcumin in termeric - gold milk is delicious and add pepper to activate the curcumin. Extra virgin olive oil is good too but make sure it is cold pressed and not imitation extra virgin olive oil. I can't list all that I eat but wanted to add more foods that are good for you and keep you healthy. One more thing, exercise or just go for a walk. You'll feel more energized too once you incorporate this as part of your life. You don't need to go crazy with intense workouts.
I have just started following a very similar path. Fingers crossed.
I did surgery but I have declined any further treatment (radiation, chemo, endocrine). I want to use nutrition now to prevent any recurrence. I also do intermittent fasting. So I don’t eat my first meal until noon or later sometimes. I have found Dr Eric Berg, Dr Thomas Seyfried to be helpful. Fred Evrard’s story is also helpful to how i am managing my career diagnosis. I am still searching for any information about what foods increase the body’s estrogen levels. Thanks for sharing your information BB. Best wishes.
Do you keep losing weight because of this diet?
What did you take for intense pain? Anything herbal? My dad is just diagnosed with cancer and he is having severe pain
@@aubreyr790 Oh Audrey, I wish I could help you with that. I don't know what kind of cancer he has but maybe this could be helpful, if he also has
nausea. Raw ginger sliced up with fresh squeezed lemon would help with any nausea with a sweetner of your choice - vanilla creme stevia and some use raw honey. You have to play with it to season for taste and there are
many recipes for this on the web.

@@aubreyr790 I don't know if anything I suggested could be helpful. I hope there is something there for you. You may want to consult an integrated or functional doctor. They are MD's but also look closely at diet and can offer the drug approach or natural approach.
If he is on chemo, it dries you up inside and outside so I loaded up on omega 3's. That helped. Radiation is more targeted for dry skin so I used an
aloe calandrya cream and skipped the prescription cream and that worked out very well.
Give your dad lots of love and any time you can. The emotional support is really needed. He needs you and he can trust you to be looking out for him and not just an assembly line patient. Go to his appointments with him, if you can. Being diagnosed with cancer is overwhelming and if you can be
there, it helps and if you have any questions, write them down. Make sure the doctors answer your questions, talk down to you and don't dance around. I would openly take notes if needed and verbally clarify my understanding if needed. They may have been through this with many
patients but for the patient, it's new. You and your dad have my love and
prayers.

Thank you so much for your info about cancer fighting foods
Breast cancer survivor 🌺 I only eat real food now. Can you grow it or raise it? No processing! It eliminates all the junk. I’m down 20 lbs since starting to eat this way about 3 months ago. Feeling pretty good! No cheat days! I try to get as much color in every meal as possible. I raise my own beef, eggs, rabbits and have a very productive small garden. No dairy! No gluten of any kind!
Watch Chris Beat Cancer but also watch I am not afraid of Cancer by Lorraine Day where she talks about eating animal protein
You motivate me . I am a 21 year old . I have PCOS (hormonal issues) and ovary issues so I can be prone to ovarian Cancer , infertility etc. I saddened at how the Gov. Tried to wreck us with all their junk. Thank you for motivating me it truly means a lot I will subscribe to you.
Please don't let them dictate what you're prone to. It's suggestive, not factual. We can have what we believe.
It's difficult to know if you are eating well these days if you go to your typical grocery store. Almost everything in box or container is toxic. Support your local farmers. It may be a bit pricier, but it is worth it, and if you live in a huge metropolitan area there may still be some local shops that work with farms.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge Doc
Thank you very much,useful info.

Thank you so much Dr. Amy ! So happy your well ! Great tips ! I had stage 2 cancer in 2020 ! Found a great nutritionist ! Couldn’t do the complete vegan , so I have implemented fish, chicken , eggs , removed milk And cheese only on occasion , and he stated no Alcohol ever , it ignites cancer cells ! Hi Amy, you have a brilliant channel - I have learnt so much. I have just finished my chemo. I follow your videos but I see it is all specially for woman. How about a diet plan for a man. Do we just increase the amount? Thanks for help all cancer survivors.
My breakfast is oatmealshells, grated chiaseeds, hempseeds and flaxseeds, cinnamon, turmeric, pepper, clove powder, cardamom- I premix these and pour boiling water over this to get a warm meal. I add 1 brazil nut, waltnuts and hazeltnuts, flaxseed oil and fruit - frozen blueberries, for example...
Can you mix all into a smoothie?

Organic, pasture raised, no added hormones or antibiotics in meat is very important as well. No processed soy. No inflammatory vegetable oils. Organic fruits and vegetables. Glysophate free oats as well. One Degree is a great brand of oats.

Dr Amy what kinda oats and what kinda protein for breakfast pls? Thx
Why eat breakfast if your not hungry?
I do omad and feel great. Gives my body a chance to rest and digest.
Any thoughts on this?
I follow your podcast on Spotify. You are brilliant! 👏👌
My doctor says to avoid dairy as it's related to promoting cancer. Also, if I must eat meat, it's to be eaten like a condiment. All sugar and manufactured products are to be avoided. Whole food plant based has been proven to be the best diet for overall health and cancer prevention.
No it hasn't. Plant based diet weakens your immune system. Humans evolved on meat.
Watch Chris Beat Cancer he talks about the same thing. Stay plant based.

Thanks for the meal tips. I am confused as Dr. Kristi Funk and other doctors say to intermittent fast and only eat within a certain window as eating often can spike your blood sugar. I’m one of the people you mention that have their coffee (or tea) in the morning but don’t eat breakfast. For me, it’s hard to eat if I’m not hungry.

@ Sathya VR Hi what treatment did you receive?
Hi. Is soy ingredient (like we see in chocolates, snacks, shakes bad for estrogen positive breast cancer? Also soy itself like tofu, soybean, bean sprouts, edamame? Specially when one is taking anti estrogen meds (like Aromatase Inhibitor/Arimidex) daily for breast cancer? Thank you
You are beautiful with or without hair! ...and smart too!
What about grass fed meat like beef! I read somewhere where it was the grain fed beef that was a problem for us to eat!
I thought the chard marks on meat is a carcinogen -is that true ? The picture of your dinner is why I’m asking
Also is it ok if you are a vegan?
Oatmeal is the worst thing for your health. intermittent fasting is great for cancer.
Oatmeal and popcorn
Glyphosate and aflatoxins !!
Interesting
Oatmeal has glyphosate in it. I love oats but avoid it bc of that reason
Cook a big batch of oatmeal and put it in the fridge or freezer for a day or 2 .
It helps with that .
You can do that with rice and pasta too
How much protein should be eaten at breakfast
Your a godsend ❤❤
Is egg is good food for the breast cancer?
Just remember this is not a diet for while you actively had cancer. During your cancer fight NO SUGAR /GLUCOSE. And maybe even reduce glutamine depending on your cancer cell.
What kind of coffee

Plant-based aka Vegan is no guarantee, Amy.
You are right. Humans evolved on a primarily meat based diet. Vegetables are an emergency food, and this girl's advice is going to get her cancer again, I just about guarantee it...
Food is only one part of the equation 🙄
Food is only one part of healing, actually the easiest. There are a few other factors. Most important is to know Jesus.
to be vegan and dietrician/doctor you should also update yourself. vegie meat/protein is cancerous and etc
Very very true!!! My faith and trust is in Jesus Christ I know he will lead and guide me. I'm going to have longevity because of my trust in him not eating what I deem as healthy.

Don't eat processed foods, non GMO. Fasting is best. Eat organic
How did you keep your eyebrows? I am starting chemotherapy next week and am.scared shitless.
You are gonna make it hun. Just make sure to stay hydrated and eat small meals.
How are you?
One of the best
diets I heard of was 1. NO SUGAR OR FRUIT FOR 6 WEEKS. 2. Eat no fat foods, but research amega 3 fats, plenty of green smoothies with greens, baby spinach, and salad greens etc. Chicken and fish as replacing meat. Greek yoghurt is OK but it's milk and cream and cows milk is high in hormones and cream is fattening, I would revert to berries as the best morning food. Avoid sugar and gluten containing foods, bananas, carrots, raisins, mangos - higher in fructose sugar. Avoid anything with wheat, bread, cookies, barley, oil other than Olive oil. No other toppings such as mayonnaise rather use olive oil. I would question vinegarfor some as it's acidic cgeckbup on balancing your system acid- alkaline . No alcohol, caffeine - yes, coffee, go off coffee onto cinnamon tea once a day for bowel, and other healthy teas. A boiled egg for a snack or a non high fructose fruit which are bananas, grapes, raisins, try to train your system out of snacks maybe solid protein meals. I think for that tired slump that hits us, some form of protein. This is an ongoing research. Check up on CANDIDA YEAST FUNGAL INFECTION and revert to anti candida foods causing cancer forming problems. This worked for this lady but all of us are different. Thankyou amyway
Thank you but for the best result avoid dairy products🙏🙏❤️
❤
Thanks my chemioterapii radiation now.
I don't eat chocolate, Avoiding Sugar!
Does this help with people who have cancer or only in remission of cancer?
Anyone?
Because deep down we know that cancer starts with food in the first place. That is why you instinctively knew that.
Can we eat sesame paste?
Tahini is fine but keep fats to a minimum. A high fat diet is not optimal as it can promote excess estrogen in the body.
