I just landed my first hazmat job with a fuel company so exited
Any job opportunity?
Holy crap thank you for this video ! It shows you really good how it is to be a fuel hauler . Thank you this is one of the best videos in RUclips
These tanker jobs are the best. And they pay dang good. You don't have to deal with a trailer or being gone all week or two weeks
I've been driving a "Tankwagon" fuel truck for the past nine years in Detroit. By the palm trees I see in the video, I'd say January is better for you than me. Be safe.
long ass day did for 7 months in CA money is good but loong ass days was at a call for the firemen and fire trucks when they have fires in CA 16 hrs 7 days a week 2600 a week other days 14hr 6 days freeway fueling sucks good job but long ass days for real bought my house and just doing yard work now
What company was this with?
Can you give me the company name or number please? I might apply for a job
Fun job, did night shift for 2 years in canada in the rockies.
Drove propane 5yrs..
Start gasoline..dye diesel next week
Hey wassup, how is your experience with diesel?
I’m leaving Ferrellgas to go work for a company like this propane delivery sounds simple but imma be honest it can be really frustrating
I had an interview today with a company about this position hopefully I get the job
Just passed my permit test and all endorsements except hazmat going to start the process on that one hopefully can land a job at SC fuels
Hey wassup, did find a job?
Looked like Prairie Ave when you turned left off the freeway. I know that area like the back of my hand.
Im studying for my CDL permit rn hopefully i pass and if everything goes good sometime in the near future i hope to land a job like this
So i ended up getting my cdl and im looking for local work i live in paramount and noticed SC fuels is also here do you recommend woeking here
@@tonyperez6680 where you working brotha
What’s up great video man! Keep up the great work I’m interested in working at your job are they hiring and do u need experience? 👍🏼
Yes, they are hiring, no experience needed.
@@jonnertren6598please can you give me the contact information?
Good video brother 🤙🤙
Thanks
Great video.
Awesome man! Do you know the starting pay over at SC Fuels?
A lot
Of overtime and great benefits, is you’re company union
Awesome
That's cool man. That's a cool job. I'm trying to be a fuel hauler, but I think that's a different job. What's the name of that job?
Are they hiring? How are the benefits? How much do you pay for health insurance?
ESE JOHNIEE!!!! 👍🚚 ⛽️💪🏽🙏🏽
Jeez you have to drive this much damn
Yes , 12 hours shifts.
@@jonnertren6598 Are you still at this Company??
Are the fumes dangerous can they cause any health problems???
What’s the typical starting pay for this type of job? Are the fumes really strong inside the cabin of your truck? Do you come home smelling like a gasoline station? How are the hours? I keep getting offers from a local company, but I keep thinking about it because of the current world conditions & the fact that they want to make everything electric in less than 10 years! Sadly, theres a good possibility that all you guys may lose your jobs!
Lol, as if the electric bs will come true.
Anyone know where I can go to get these endorsement from? Like tanker hazmat
Combination vehicle etc
how many runs per day, right now im driving a concrete truck and only doing 4 runs a day , 10-12 hrs a day
Do you have the ground the truck at any point ?
who's doing the filming
How long did it take you to get that job?? Did you do OTR first? I'm in Socal and 1203 is what I want to do. Ive been driving as courier for about 11 years, so I know the area well. no accidents or tickets. Gonna start trucking school soon. And advice would be appreciated!
Job is local (LA), they also hire non experience drivers.
@@jonnertren6598 meaning they would hire if you just got your cdl? And are all the trucks manual?
Yes, they will hire you if your CDL is recent.
They're also associated with a trucking school to offer an opportunity for those who are seeking to acquire their CDL. Dont remember the trucking school name.
90 % of the trucks are auto
Stay away from what this guy is doing unless you like constant back pain this type job will be at your body badly
Are the trucks auto, or do you have to shift gears?
Super smash
Wow. I beat you Last time
How do you get started with no experience
Isn't it dangerous driving a fuel truck?
Does one need experience prior to applying? I recently got my Class A with all endorsements but no experience just 1 month in a trucking school
Same for me. Got my CDL A with all endorsements back in December. I talked to a ton of companies until I got an offer from Shell in January.
I had very little experience too. I drove some big trucks in the military (not my primary job, but it counted).
Just keep looking. Drive around town and start calling/emailing companies and you will eventually find something.
😷🙂
I’m going to dunndo to see my mate
Is this a US job or Canada? What's pay per hour ?
What exactly does a lube driver do daily?
are your hrs always 12 hr shifts ??
Yes
Green lantern paint time
Are the fumes really strong in & outside the truck? Around how much is the starting pay for this type of job?
I do the same thing for Shell Oil. They started me out at 28.50/hr for straight truck tanker.
i do small tanker, i notice when i deliver gasoline it tends to be really strong. and thats from the customers tank, not the truck.
@@doublett3263 Is it Shell TapUp you work for and if so what location? I'm in California and it appears they have not tapped into this market yet.
Is SC Fuels hiring bro?
In sanjose
Video would have been so much better without the music.
Lol dang
What is the pay like ? And hours schedules
Generally 12 hours shift , 5 days of week but it alters, due to covid 19.
@@jonnertren6598 so time half pay after 8?
He not giving you that answer. So I will. $27 for day shift. $28 for grave yard. $2.00 raise every year after review. 401k match 6%.
@@leroychhun2465 Thanks!!👌
Is superior tank lines a good company
Yes, its a great company with great salary and payed benefits.
Jonner Tren ok coo thanks I have a road test with them tomorrow
J. H. How it go ?
Hector Garcia Man I didn’t like the environment over there. But I was offered the job and I told the transportation manager Ceasar can I think about it he said yeah. 2 hours later I called back to expect the position it was filled that fast so I didn’t get it
@@j.h.7546 wassup man i got a road test with superior coming up. Do they expect me to do a full pre trip like checking the oil and the tire pressure? Do you have to come off first gear from every stop on the road test? I heard some dude failed his road test cause he came off 2nd or 3rd gear
