When you arrive to the step where you have to create a password, let someone you know (a family member or a close friend or a coworker) type a password AND also put in their Apple ID/phone number for the password recovery, so you can’t disable it by clicking on "Forgot your password?". Tip: You don’t even have to tell them why it’s for, just put your phone in their face and tell them to enter a password.

An additional step to make this full proof is to set the password recovery with an accountability partners phone number instead of yours so that there is no way to get the code short of them telling you
This does not work. It tells you that this content is not allowed after you block it but it also ask you if you want to allow this content and once you allow it you can view that content
