I do too. Just delete it because I always think that it’s a scam for them to get into your accounts
All of those are spam. Delete anything from anybody that you are not familiar with.

You gave your phone to a random website (definitely a scam) that you long forgot about. Happened to me. Was about to ask them for their home moving services.
Rather than just deleting the texts, block the number the texts came from.

I definitely heard a lot of weird noises back in the day, after the cops stopped me and got my info. I just knew someone was on the other line listening. Thats what it sounded like, like you could hear when they got on

Love the way you talk about FACTORY RESET as if you don't lose everything - photos, numbers, texts - on your phone when you do it. Maybe talk BACKUP first? This is an EXTREME step.
do i need to back up the phone to a laptop? or just back it up from the device itself? because i’m planning on resetting my phone but i’m scared of losing anything.
You can back everything up to your email. So after resetting just set up your email and it should all come back. With that being said wont it just put the phone back to the way it was with all the hackers apps as well? I would definitelydo more researchb4 hand. Or just go the long route n write everythingdown n print out all pics b4 resetting. Then enter it all manually after reset. Use a large SD card. Transfer everything to it before resetting your phone / tablet.
@@user-cn7vh8kx7n i actually backed up my phone to icloud, then i factory reset it & my phone is as good as new! nothing was erased either. i believe i used to have spy-wear on my phone.

Sometimes when I get in my phone and start using it ? It slowly gets so hot I can’t hold it. The only way I can het it to cool down it turn it off . The battery drains really fast fully charged 🤷🏻♀️
I have an iPhone 15 pro . Every time I am taking on the phone, the orange dot is there. When I pulled my screen down, like you demonstrated, I don’t have a microphone icon or the word,” microphone “, anywhere.

So my cell phone is forwarding calls to someone else's number and I found out from watching this video. It's only supposed to be forwarded "when busy," "when unanswered, and "when unreachable." I tried to turn it off and couldn't. I tried to change it to my own number and couldn't. I got the error message "Connection Problem or Invalid MMI Code" and called the carrier. They gave me some new codes and those didn't work. They're going to turn off the forwarding on their end (I hope). They said it could take up to 48 hours. I factory reset the phone. Thanks for the video. But I am concerned that if they changed it once, even if the carrier can change it, whoever did it will just change it back. I'm wondering if I need to get a new Sim card.
How do they install the tracking apps? Do they need physical access to your phone?
Your local law enforcement uses stingrays and even if they're not looking for you a stingray will connect and it will have all your info given to the cops if they so wish
If it says not forwarded on all but it doesn’t say disabled underneath that what does that mean ? It doesn’t say disabled or enabled

I do a factory reset every 6 months.
But too many apps built in- which i have no use: so still need to “ Remove” lots of app. Even after factory reset. I do not know if “Freset” delete software up grades: and do require to upgrade Sotfware again.
On my Android by deleting the facebook account would that remove your facebook account that I want on my phone? I am not understanding this. There are 2 of them on my phone. One is a longer number like yours and the other is a much shorter number. Do I delete both? Thanks!

I’ve been noticing the green dot on my android while I’m on a phone call, so during the call I went into my privacy settings and turned of the microphone, but then my friend on the other end said she couldn’t hear me, but i could hear her.

If you're in an area with great cell reception yet your signal icon always shows only a couple of bars, somebody may be siphoning your signal meaning a SIM SWAP probably happened.

i think i am only person who refuses to use my phone for dozens of apps, financing, and important personal info; only use a cell for basic things and calls. then ONLY when not home. lol Amazingly, there is life without using cell constantly for everything! lol good video. informative

I used to have a landline that did that weird noise so I got rid of it. My ex always seems to know where I am, but I also take the bus so that doesn't help matters lol!

Could you tell me how do I reprograms an android phone as it has Google Go and unfortunately it does not list (Amazon UK shopping app) in google play store as it only has amazon prime. To me the phone has only very limited apps. Or you could say it is set up for the(North Korean market). I am more than happy with (Google Go) but I have had this model (MIX 4 16GB /1TB ) since it was launched. So how do I change factory setting / and install UK apps instead. As I have had many over the years. And they have been (ALPS) make. But this one has got Google Go but unable to download (HSBC UK Banking app and many others.
Install unknown apps. I use this setting often. I use it when refreshing my phone from a backup, in which I'll install several apps from apks instead of downloading them fresh (many reasons for this including some apps just not being available anymore. So don't get rid of this setting.
I don't get it either. I don't personally care for every app requiring access to my contacts list, payment info, access to a list of what other apps I have, send alerts, you know the stuff it doesn't need but insists on having access to. I'd be nice to not be stuck in a dualopoly where both choices collect unnecessary data about you, just so they can sell that info.

Off topic question: why does Samsung keyboard use so much space. It was using up to 15 gb of space until I cleared the cash. I always have to do this because it uses so much over time that my tablet runs out of space!

The unfortunately thing is no one can completely stop anyone from listening in on calls...You can only block things like the microphone after a call has ended...Only cameras and microphones can be disabled when they're not being used
That’s not true. I’m a backend tech advisor in the telecom and networking industry for the civilian sector, previously I worked in the government sector. The only way to prevent any feature on your phone from being accessed is to kill the battery. Dead battery or no battery your safe. Airplane mode and simply powering your smart device is not enough. Let that sink in.
@@robiimccann This even makes things worse when it comes to being doxxed/hacked...If the battery is dead or turned off ,the phone becomes useless... I've been hacked/ doxxed, and gang stalked for over 10 years now...I just grown accustom to this type of behaviour by other...I don't let it bother me much

One easy way to check is to put your phone close to an old radar detector. It is normal to have it set it off as it checks connection. However if the signal strength increases and triggers the detector while talking but not using it, yeah its bugged.😂

She can use a standard stylus perfectly from start to finish, in playing with a color by numbers app. While using this app, EVERY TIME SHE USES THE APPLE PENCIL, the ability to enlarge the screen is LOCKED! If they were saved on your phone then yes, if they are on your cloud account they will sync once you log in.

Area code look up. Tho could be some type of texting app & that can be hidden well. I would not open or respond to any texts or calls from ANY number I do not recognize; could be a one-click exploit or something even more dangerous. Whats app is publicly traded and part of the Meta-Verse. It was bought to increase profits of said company. It is NOT end to end encrypted. Try signal. Much more secure.
It was being forwarded to somebody else because I hit the star 73 and it went beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep and it was a dial tone I remember that same sound when we used to have landlines galore and we used to disconnect the call forwarding it would have made the exact same sound

Not at all. It just means the Roku app is putting more strain on your processor than other apps. If it doesn’t happen with the RUclips app, for example, that’s on the Roku developers - but absolutely nothing to worry about.

Run run as fast as you can. Sounds like a controling narcisscist. He probably took your phone and put an app on it. Look in your apps and delete. Change your password and don't tell him. Then get away from him
Sounds like spyware app. Unless you have a tech savvy friend take it to your carrier and probably one of the techs can help you.
