@@Movelectrics i only use it a few times a week as I suffer from agoraphobia and depression but it's helping me get out and about I'm toying with the idea of buying a kit and converting a mountain bike but I'm new to all this thanks from sunny Sheffield..
can also buy a front fork with dual suspension from ALI for the FIIDO Q1 and install it to the D2s because That's what im about to do when i get my D2s

Hi Thomas! You generally always plug into the wall first and then the bike. Red is charging and green is complete. I’m not sure about the gears as I no longer have this model ⚡️
Hi Ronan! I actually have the D4s for a long time now (not the the D4s pro) I have just over 3k kms on it. No issues at all. Plus you can also unlock the speed. Only thing I don’t like is the fact it doesn’t have suspension. The D3 pro is also out now and I think you can unlock it.

Hi Biia. Simply press the plus or minus buttons for more or less speed. This also impacts the self assist I think. I just use it on full power ⚡️
