What a great place for a tasting. I've always felt that your forest locations influenced your sensation. Maybe at low tide you would comment differently? Look forward to seeing the cooking!!
I live in France and biggest problem we have here is finding a decent bottle at a reasonable price to drink. Quite often after finding something nice it disappears from the shelves never to be seen again. Whenever choosing a new wine it turns out to be a total gamble if it is worth it or not. Price is not an indicator of quality here in France. Maybe it could be at over 20 euros or more but honestly it's a risk even then. For me the only region which consistently satisfies and is overlooked and sniffed at by most is Cote du Rhone.
It was very good.
What brought me here is my love of Burgundy, but they way you do these has me going through all the videos
My husband and I shared a bottle of 2019 Albert Brenot Gevrey-Chambertin last night. The only bottle I could find in the city of Calgary.

The thumbnail made me think for a moment that Tommy Robinson had abandoned far-right politics to become a sommelier.
