I just made these literally 2 minutes ago mine are currently chilling in the fridge and to be honest i was a little sceptical of how the filling would be.. It looked so creamy in the video yet there was no milk involved and i didnt think mine would turn out so i cut the recipe by half just as a first trial..But the mixture is SO creamy and delicious you wouldnt know it doesnt have milk in it! Ill be making a bigger batch of these soon, i just know the ones ive just made will go in 2 seconds! So easy and so delicious, thankyou for this recipe! ❤❤

Hi. I'm a new subbie and I just made this recipe and O.M.G.! It's awesome sauce. I love lemon and this is great. I didn't have the lemon zest so I added a few drops of lemon essential oil. I also used a Brazil nut crust because almonds were soaking. Thanks for sharing. Stay Blessed.
