Yeah, plants indoors aren't affected by weather (including winter dormancy). I keep getting the unfinished room moodlet though, because I have a sprinkler, and can't put in floors without them flooding

Yes, everything works normally :) Just make sure to use moveobjects on for planting seeds inside

Seeds can't be bought, but you can find them on the ground or buy fruit and vegetables to plant :)

Doesn't work for me/: "must be outside" error everytime I try to plant. I guess sims has updated around this since you uploaded.
