      If yours has Hogue grips, then we have identical twins. Fantastic gun. I carried my for 10 years, until I eventually got a PPS. I still carry the P239 on occasion thought (like when the PPS got recalled LOL).

      I've shot my 239 40 cal back to back with my 229 legacy slide 40 cal and the recoil is somehow exactly the same. Blows my mind such a small single stack can do that. I won't sell it because I can shoot it so well. 229 carry with winter clothes, 239 carry in summer clothes.

    WHO_TEE_WHO .... Perfect timing. I love the Sig 938, crazy accurate, fits in a pocket, awesome grip angle, just a great gun....but I want it to be DaSa and have a slightly longer grip and higher capacity... So, that puts me at the Sig 239....that's the next on my list Sig 239 SAS 9mm....But of course nobody carries it stock around here, so I can't get my hands on one. I don't buy something unless I've messed with one first. I have been waiting for someone to review this almost forgotten model. What's your opinion on 938 vs 239 ??
    Thanks again WhoTeeWho!

    • @WHOTEEWHO

    • @lostpyper
      @lostpyper 5 лет назад

      @@WHOTEEWHO you're a larger guy, I'm not sure you'd be able to hold the 938. It is a very small gun. It was designed after the 1911, so it has the same grip angle. I think that grip angle makes it strangely accurate... Like, "how in the world did I just hit that at that distance with this tiny little mouse gun" accurate.... That's just my experience.... If you ever get a chance, take a few shots with one.

    Great Video of a brand I love and trust. I have the Sig Sauer P220 45 ACP with the Crimson Trace laser grips that was a police trade in I was told and it awesome but with it having a 4.4 barrel is is a little large for concealed carry. If you can get a deal on a Sig I would jump on it, Since they are on the expensive side and offer a long life of use.
