    Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
    Asafoetida / Hing - 1 tsp
    Cumin - 1/2 tsp
    Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
    Garlic Chopped - 2 tsp
    Green Chillies Chopped - 1 tsp
    Onions Chopped - 1
