INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
FOR MAKING KADI
1/2 Cup Besan
2 Cups Curd
1 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 Red Chilli Powder
5 Cups water
2 Tbsp Oil
A Pinch of Hing
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
Curry Leaves
3 Green Chillies
2 Inch Ginger
1/2 tsp Methi Dana
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves
FOR MAKING PAKODA
1 Cup Besan
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
A Pinch Hing
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 - 3 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger
Coriander Leaved
Oil For Frying
FOR MAKING TADKA
2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
A pinch of Hing
2 Dried Red Chillies
Curry Leaves
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

I have seen many receipes on RUclips.. But no one shared exact amount of water to be added except u.. In addition, u also told about the time of kadhi cooking after boil... Which is also not mentioned clearly anywhere.. I hope I can maintain consistency in my kadhi with this receipe.. Too good👍

To cook properly with the channa atta. It also creates very nice tactile and flavor. Also kadhi becomes thicker when channa atta mixed.

kyunki besan ko dahi ke saath emulsify ya judne mein time lagta hai...paani dono ko bind ya jodne mein help karta hai aur zyaada isiliye dalte hain taki emulsify hone ke process mein time lage aur kadhi sahi se bane
