I don't think it's "Heimahei" as it's said in the start of the video, but more like: Heimoey. It's odd how in English the always get Nordic grammar so wrong, when it's such a closely related language. But then again I know it's awful to listen to old Norwegians with no clue how to pronounce English words, how silly it sounds.

Successful chef with money to invest is successful in a high income country with loads of tourists. Wow. Im shocked.

Iceland is a one town country. Everything is centered in Reykjavik.
Running a business outside Reykjavik is an achievement.
Running a restaurant on Vestmannaeyjar is a major achievement.

Honey glazed cod-head? Serving cat food to people covered with a sweet glaze as something special-special? PT Barnum would be proud.

The best cod-meat is on the head. My father used to insist on having the head for himself when I was a kid, and of course we would give it to him. But if it was today, it would turn into a fist fight. ;-)
