- Hi everyone! Welcome to the Lim Haus. We just moved in months back and we're excited to show you our home which we plan and design ourselves with the help of our contractors from Majestic Construction Engrg. The Lim Haus is a 5-room resale HDB situated in eastern Singapore, spanning 1410 square feet. This #housetour video is our first video on this channel, and we're glad you're watching this to share our joy of moving into our new place!

@@hellllllllloooooo6999 Hi, the lights are controlled by the aqara smart switches. The fans hava a smart life wifi module. The aircon and TV are controlled via a IR blaster. All these can be controlled by the google home ecosystem

Honestly i think your video deserves more views cause its so homey and gives off such aesthetic vibes! Compared to some of those home tour videos which have 1mil+ views, your home is much more nicely decorated and furnished in my opinion.

Such a lovely home! I love how your house is designed and decorated to actually livable place. Every section is coherantly designed. My fav part is the secret door to play room, i LOVE how kids got their own space seperated from main living and dining section but still connected. Definitely stealing this idea!

Think i know where this is, very nice spacious layout! Love the double vanity, it's something that the typical HDB layout now won't be able to do.
Can consider changing a study table that allows you to fully push in the chairs, check out some ikea desk hacks with their kitchen top.
Monitor and laptop arms can save up a lot of desk space as well, then you can have the CPU sitting on the desk instead of the floor or at least put it on a stand with wheels else that area is bound to be very dusty haa

love the entire house aesthetics, its indeed different for Singapore hdb. it looks very comfortable and love the unit as it looks like isn't close with other neighbours which was a good thing, and the entire house looks very spacious especially the common bedroom, it looked like twice of my bedroom.

Can you please do a video on how you worked with your contractor - ie what did you have to provide and what were they able to do for you as a part of their services etc?
