- Hello! Welcome back to the Lim Haus. We are back with another house tour video and this time, we're visiting our friend Kim at her 4-Room HDB resale flat in the Central region of Singapore. 2 years ago, Kim renovated her first home in Singapore without an ID, just like us!

The house is so pretty!! But it's hard to imagine the colours in real life because of the heavy colour filter..
this is by far the best self-reno ive ever seen. it's all i ever imagine in my head!! the entrance, the open living and dining area, the mini kitchen counter and the wide window stretch and soft curtains and blackout curtains. even the toilet paper holder with the mini wooden top is it. the master room and study table also. even the master bathroom and the storage around the pipes. yes i will show my future contractor this!
Love that she did this without an ID. I intend to do mine myself as well. Similar ideas of having it minimalist with a scandi theme.

I think people are more curious about the location and floor plan so we can see the original configuration. You should include which neighbourhood and floor plan in ur video. Cuz only some neighbourhood have certain house configuration like this one. I particularly like the main corridor cuz its all to themselves. some people dont have exact location of house they want, and we are not exposed to different neighbourhood, so by telling us which neighbourhood helps us in house hunting for our ideal home the next time.
Based on my observations, I believe this unit to be at Bishan :) I visited a friend who had the same walkway + airwell and doorway entrance. Very unique interior & exterior layout! However, due to the airwell going all the way down to the ground floor, any sound from the ground travels very quickly upwards. Just someone dragging his/her feet on the ground floor is loud enough for the top floor walkway to hear....

Hi, We told our seller the items are for shipping overseas and ask them to do crate up (some do it for a fee while some are free) and then pray for the best. So far luckily all the things that came , including a arch shower screen and full height mirror are good !
my eyes need sometime to readjust to other colours after watching this lol..

Cozy and neat home. Love the Natural theme with Oak and whites as the general palette. Very thoughtful and well Deco-ed place.
Can we have more overall shots rather than close ups? e.g you zoomed into the Sofa's upholstery for so long even though they were not talking about it. - Your videos has really too much close ups and it's not too pleasant to watch when you are introducing spaces.
Try investing in a gimble. Your shots gets shaky especially your close ups.
Realize there were many Convo breaks and it gets pretty obvious sometimes.
