  • There is NO shame in doing knee pushups. They are not girl pushups and they are perfect for beginners who struggle with pushups.
    But are you doing them right? There is a WRONG way to do it. Check your form and make sure you are maximizing your gains. Remember - you are not meant to do knee pushups forever - they are made to get you to pushups!

    Hey ive been following your channel for a while. Me and a friend have been doing a routine. Walk 100m Drop on the floor and do 10 knee pushups. Started in Mid November with a weight of 133 kg and dropped it down to 125kg so far.
    Now my routine is skip rope 50 skips, 12 knee pushups, 50 skips 12 squats, 50 skips and 60s planks. Those consist of 12 reps. Hopefully one of these days will start doing 10 normal pushups and one day in the future will try calisthenics once i drop that weight to around 100 kg

      That might help. Knuckle pushups keep the wrist neutral so it might help with wrist pain
