Bought one today from ScrewFix as a result of watching your excellent review. I asked the guy in the shop about the two year warranty and he said just return it to us for a replacement. Used it for twenty mins earlier and it is indeed very powerful. I had, what I considered a powerful Black & Decker drill (about 40 years old) and noted it was just 450 Watts. The Titan is therefore over three times more powerful. I bought this for a specific job ie levelling a floor section that had a proud concrete base from what I believe was an old pantry. It's not going to be easy to do but it would be impossible with a mallet and chisel :( At £70 I consider this a good value purchase. With its magnesium gears and excellent build quality I just wonder how DeWalt and Makita etc can justify their price tags ? Cheers.
At this kind of money it's fantastic value and capable ...makes you wonder where is the premium price difference for the Bosch and De walk etc , etc price coming from ???
Almost certainly the components in the better known brands will be of higher quality and should perform better. That said, you can't beat these tools for value. ATB, Des
These titan drills are brilliant (I own 2) and have their uses, but I wouldn’t recommend them for chipping out thick concrete pads as it was an absolute pain to do. The titan breakers are absolutely phenomenal though for this kind of work
Hi there. I think they're excellent value for money and well worth buying. I'm currently using mine with a paddle to mix up plaster and they're great doing that as well. Having said that, there's nothing more relaxing and satisfying than just smashing something up with a hammer lol. Have a great weekend where you are. ATB, Des
Thanks for the video, was looking at this drill for the exactly the same thing, but mines still in the ground. Glad it can do the job!
Glad to help. Des
Iv had mine for years and ues it as a concrete breaker it's done jobs I didn't think it would do I'm very impressed with it all round SDS drill
Unfortunately, there's only so much you can say about a brush my friend. Plse thumbs up for the effort though - I tried my best lol. Take care, Des
Excellent drill had mine fir a few years done everything
Very reassuring to hear that my friend. Thank you for your feedback. Best, Des
I had two of these to get rid of, so I share your pain.
When you consider the price and guarantee on some kit it's a win win situation. Hope your back recovered...
Agree entirely my friend. My back has healed fine thank you. Lol. Des
Great video chum. I've got some fence post issues and I wanted to know if this drill would do the job. Many thanks.
It works well for that task!
Its a Very Very good drill for the money !! he is asking a bit too much with drill ,, should be starting in smaller pieces

Appreciate your helpful feedback. Thank you, Des
Chisel near the edge and work your way to the middle, it’s to much work for the drill if you start in the middle.
Good avice for sure. Des
Have one, there brill for just over 50 quid screwfix, but lumps conni just get sledge hammer smash it bits.

@@21stcenturycaveman33 Hi, yes there great, l used mine with paddle mixer to mix concrete, strong hard mix, I'm in UK.
Cave man method for sure
A heavy duty Sledgehammer would open that piece of concrete in one hit.
which one did you found more efficient, chisel or point drill bit?
Hi there. I found that the chisel bit was less likely to get stuck. Best wishes, Des
Chisel
So that's how you use a drill to break concrete ;)
Yup. I tried to edit out as many technical bits as I could. Lol ATB, Des
