I see you are very good with this scooter. Can you please help me. My D5 battery charger will turn green, every time at a different voltage, sometimes it turns green at 56.1V sometimes at 57.1 and then at 56.6 every time it turns green at the range of 56 to 57.3 burn doesn't go to the full 58.8
Probably a defective charger. I would try that first. If that doesn't fix the issue then you could possibly have some bad battery cells. Hopefully this helps. Thank you for watching and let me know how it goes.
@@wattsinyours I think then issue is with the cells since the charger does his part. And I think I know how it happened.. I saw a lot of people saying that it's "healthy" for the battery to only charge it to 80-85 percent and not 100% this way it will prolong battery life. So that's what I did from when I got my scooter I always charged to around 56.1 to 56.6v, after about month this problem came up! So instead of helping the battery, it looks like because I always left some cells uncharged it got fault and they don't respond to be charged...
@@Steve-kb3wg that is correct. Even though charging to 80% is really good you have to fully charge the cells and balance them out often. I talk about it in a few of my video's. Hopefully you can get them balanced back out. I would try several things. Ex: run the batteries all the way low and try charging them fully. Do this several times and see if you can't get the bad cells to re-charge. It might work it might not, but it is worth a try.

Hi I have a scooter like yours and I wanted the little lights down to turn ON and OFF according to the ON and OFF button on the display and not through the button down ... is there a way to do that?
Since you made this change did you have any issues? did it dammage the hall sensor or controller? reason I ask is I asked nanrobot costomer service about hot to adjust my speedometer, they said change P0 to 6. when i did that it was better but still off by 4mpg. So when I saw your video I emailed them again and they sternly warned me not to do any change to P2. and they just brushed me off giving me solution to the speedometer not reading the correct speed. I just got home from a ride with the settings you suggest and now i just see they responded to my email with their stern warning. I think the customer service might just not know anything.. I wonder why they said do not change p2. when I research hall sensors internet says they are used by the controller to know how to advance the motor, keeping it going correctly. maybe it is like the timing in a car or sort of like affecting when the motor pulses??? i do not know . but since i do not want to damage my scooter. I am wondering do you have any issues riding around for a while with this change? I personally notice no difference in performance after one ride. Thanks for the video..
No it will not damage the scooter. The scooter reads speed from "emf". I personally took the motor apart and there are no hall sensors. (I made another video about that) also in that video if you read through the comments someone explains it very well and easy to understand. You can look up "emf" because it's to much to explain how it works. So in my conclusion i have hundreds of miles on my scooter and haven't had an issue. I think i got as close as i could to reading the right mileage. I think that's as best as we can get with these nanrobots. I have or had 3 different models of nanrobots and they all are about the same. A littke off but close enough. I hope this helps and thanks so much for watching and commenting.

I dont get how p2 to 18 corresponds to the voltage gives you accurate speed? Voltage goes lower as you ride. Will instaneous speed deviate from actual speed as voltage goes down?
Hi, I have a scooter with the same display and the same settings and if I leave the scooter ON and do not move it, it will turn OFF after something like a minute... I wanted to ask if there is a way that the scooter will not turn OFF? Because I need it to stay ON so i can charge my phone through the USB socket behind the display when I'm out and the acooter does not move... PLS HELP ME :)
I have a nanrobot that stopped turning on all of the sudden. It worked fine earlier that same day and was fully charged but then it would not turn on and I’ve tried charging it to see if it was the battery but nothing worked. Any idea what this could be because of?
Well it could be a few things, but probably one of the speed controllers went bad or you can open the controller up and see if there is a fuse inside it that went bad. Not easy process but you can do it.
Maybe with a little modifications. you can look at my nanrobot rs7 battery charger upgrade video and get an idea of how to do it, but the problem is that the Chinese batteries might not handle the quick charge and it my cause damage to the battery, but hey if i was willing to risk it i would do it. I can now charge my nanrobot rs7 from dead to full in 3 hours and it is a 32 amp hour battery. You will have to do it at your own risk though and know it could cause injury, fire or explosion. Also if do the modification i wouldn't over a 5amp hour charger @ about 57volts or so just to be safe.

Yes you can but it would take a quite of bit of rewiring to do that.

I don't know of a way to bypass the auto matic shut off.

Whot to do to make d4-d5 faster?
Outside of the normal settings there is nothing you could do to make it go faster unless you invested some money in modifications.
