There are many different forms of heart disease. The most common cause of heart disease is narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries, the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart itself. This is called coronary artery disease and happens slowly over time. It's the major reason people have heart attacks.
Other kinds of heart problems may happen to the valves in the heart, or the heart may not pump well and cause heart failure. Some people are born with heart disease.
You can help reduce your risk of heart disease by taking steps to control factors that put you at greater risk:
Control your blood pressure
Lower your cholesterol
Don't smoke
Get enough exercise

I experienced heart attack two several weeks back and doctor recommended me for a by-pass. Ever since I was a kid my chest always hurt so we got me checked.
They said the pain is normal.
But now I feel like there is like random sudden times where my heart legit feels like something clogged it up and I had to like push to the part where my heart is and just stand there frozen.
But I dont think about it much, once the pain gets better I usually go on with the day. I also get randomly nervous for no reason.

I thought having this disease was as a result of my old age, while I was diagnosed of heart disease Dec. 19 2020, I used series of medication but I was still having the severe pain, until I used an herbal mixture from Dr. Gbenga which I saw on RUclips and I was completely cured, I appreciate Dr. Gbenga for his help.
