    I wish I’d have known about you years ago. Might have saved my husbands life. Too late now, but I’m following your advice to try to be healthier for myself. No doctors we saw could even explain anything about heart disease. You can explain things so well, I’m beginning to understand.

    This Dr. is so educated, super smart, holds your attention from start to finish, (and really funny in some of his other videos). He speaks in "layman's" terms; I was able to understand everything! Thank you for your channel and educating us on better health. The only thing I would change in this video are your magic markers.     "Thank you for your explanation." I understand now why I passed a stress test in May & in July same year had 2 stents inserted due to plaque in the high 80 percentage.

    Now I understand why my 20 yrs old daughter died of cardiac arrest. She never even showed a symptom of heart problem until she had chest pain and gone in less than a day.

      Let's all support Dr J. As of now I'm scared, cuz I'm diabetic, have high blood pressure. I will start fasting. Stop my crestor and drink black coffee only. I need to loose some weight about 20-25 lbs and maybe my sleep will also improve

    Great explanation of CVI in general, and how it relates the MI! I'll look for a video that you've done on "calcium studies tests" that you at CVI. I'd also like to see you cover how severe or undetected inflammation syndromes of COVID can likely cause CVD and great damage that is undetected until there's an emergency. We don't really know yet how "silent symptomless COVID" affects CVD later in life. As we get closer to "herd immunity", we need to make sure that part of the herd that never had severe symptoms are treated for that hidden damage. (FYI for others -- Dr P is great as diagnostician and surgeon, and I've used him for both. I hope to NOT see him soon for an unscheduled appointment!)

    Extremely informative and guiding professional explanation provided.Such presentations are helpful to those of us who are innocently ignorant of the deadly causes of the infamous heart attacks.However, the presentation should have included precautionary measures at individual level. It was undoubtedly a brilliant presentation.

    I had just heard that warm baths are helpful in lowering blood pressure.
    People do need to spend a few hundred hours watching these health videos, hopefully they will be sacred and inspired to eat right. Thank you.

    Thank you so much for this insight into heart attacks. I had a non STEMI 1 year ago. I think it was very similar to your second example here. I am hoping that with the right steps that I can come off the Statins and better blockers. I may still need aspirin every day but am ok with that. Great videos, keep them coming.

    My older brother just died unexpectedly. The death certificate said Atherosclerosis. He was undiagnosed. I wish he had been aware of your videos long ago. It might have changed everything.

    Thank you for explaing. I had my triple heart bypass in 2018 December 3.Just last week got chest pain.Did Xray ECG test.Doctor said I had mild heart attack. I don't know what to do. Some times ithe pain is off and on.As you explained. Pain can come suddenly when you least expect it.Thank you so much Doc.

      Hmmm? Did you doctor DO anything besides tell you that you had had a mild heart attack? Any new medication, or info as to what had caused the mild attack?🤔

    Huge fan of Dr.Jamnadas. Ever since I cut out carbs and started fasting I lost over 70lbs in 5 months and I feel great. Just did a blood test and my Triglycerides and HDL look great but my LDL is very high (which upon research might actually be a good thing) Can you please do a segment explaining what to look for in my blood work if I'm on a low carb diet and regularly fast? Thanks for the hard work enlightening us and not just prescribing drugs for everything!

      I'm not sure why you think a high LDL-C is a good thing... Elevated LDL-C is an independent causal risk factor in the development of ASCVD... I'd recommend speaking to a cardiologist about this

      @@ItsJordaninnit You have to get an advanced lipid panel and look at the different kinds of cholesterol. They aren't all the same. Don't believe everything doctors tell you, they aren't all good at their jobs unfortunately. There's a weird thing in medicine where doctors are shunned if they question the dogma.

      @@SwatBeatsOfficial you can get an advanced lipid panel if you want but it’s not all that important… partial size is far less significant than total partial count. Large buoyant LDL is still atherogenic.
      If you want the most significant lipid marker - ask for ApoB.

    Wow this is very helpful for my mother who has two blockages, one in the main artery and the other is minor vains, one clinic try to rush for surgery, but she refused, she is 76yrs old with diabetes and hyoertention, I was so worried about her blockage, but now you explained well and I have to request for one of the test you mentioned and see what percent of her blockage is, thnks this really made me calm down about her situations
